We are specialist dealers in French and English antique baths and antique bathroom furniture, with more than 35 years experience in high-quality hand restoration and enamelling. We've been featured in numerous magazines and worked with high-profile interior designers to recreate vintage bathrooms at stately homes, hotels and other historic buildings and advised on antique bathrooms for several film and television shoots and supplied many unique items for hire.
Antique sanitary-ware, such as a vintage bath, will provide elegant bathing for many years and can also be seen as an investment - unlike fibreglass copies, antiques maintain their value.

Services
It all began with a profound love of beautiful bathrooms and fine antiques. From the start, we set out to source and restore, with meticulous care, bathroom ware of all shapes and sizes. Vitreous and arcylic re-enamelling for baths and basins and polished brass, chrome and nickel plating for taps and accessories, conversion of obsolete plumbing sizes to fit with the global metric system - we did it all.
Sourced through our exclusive network of traders and private sales, browse our carefully curated collection of antique basins, baths, toilets, taps and accessories. We are always keen to preserve and embellish the beauty of these historical objects, which is why we meticulously restore these exquisite bathroom antiques in our own on-site workshops.
At Stiffkey Bathrooms, we stock the finest cast iron, porcelain, copper, zinc and teak French and English antique baths, with a variety of stunning bathroom accessories too. Our baths are sourced through our exclusive network of traders and private sales to provide a stunning array of rare tubs in a range of sizes.
Along with taps, baths and many other plumbing innovations, we also have the Ancient Romans to thank for basins. Their original function was simply as a vessel to hold still, warm water for people to wash their hands and faces, placed around the bathhouses. This concept continued into the 16th Century, where the wealthy would deploy washstands in their bedrooms.

After searching for Gladiator WC for quite some time we were delighted to find a restored one with this company. We were stunned to see a rare Edward John Dolphin WC circa 1880 also in the store in a near perfect condition. The only time we have seen this WC has been in books and of course reproduction ones. Check out this store for your wish list items, we are glad we did; and in turn they have became one of our valued clients.
