Having already completed the bathroom to a very high standard, it was an automatic choice and every bit as satisfactory. Would have liked it done a little quicker, but all things in good time! Just a note to tell you how delighted I am with the wet room you installed. It far exceeds my expectations.

The fitters were superb, hard working, reliable and also amazingly tidy. Problems necessitated small changes to enable the project to be completed satisfactorily. The owner failed to discuss or cost all the hidden extras, even when challenged. They were eventually established on final invoice, to late to be able to challenge! The project was also not completed before Christmas as per contract. These extras cost us an extra 20% on top of the original quote, do not be fooled. Meeko

Our new ensuite bathroom looks good, and the fitters were pleasant to have around. Mark was friendly and helpful when it came to finalising the details prior to installation. The project overran by four weeks because the first shower door was scratched on arrival, and the second one was too wide. Fortunately, the third one is fine, but the proprietor, John Rush, was in a hurry to get paid in spite of the final shower door not sitting square (it bangs and rattles). Also, our concern about an off-putting dripping noise in the pipe below the WC was dismissed as "completely normal".
Now that we've paid in full, my last two emails have gone unanswered and so I'm going to be doing all of the running. This is a shame, as most of the work is pretty good, and we really appreciated the extra effort that the fitters took to re-route the basin pipes through the wall rather than straight into the floor, as they were before. If I could start over with this project, I'd 1) work with Mark from start to finish, and 2) ask for written terms and conditions (esp. payment schedule) to go with their quote and estimate.
