If I could give zero stars I would. My auntie thought they looked good and surveyor was helpful and explained everything. Well when I came to have it fitted the date has been moved 5 times and when did turn up fitter was here for only 1hr 40mins on first day after turning up really late. Do not use these at all cost I beg you

Please please avoid this company at all costs! The workmanship, service and quality of the bathrooms are horrendous! They "fitted"my parents bathroom endless trouble and damage to their property, its still not complete! They now have had a leak and it has gone through and caused major damage to their kitchen! It has cost so much more than just a bathroom and they are regretting choosing this company everyday!

Echoing other clients recent reviews of this company - avoid at all costs. I have never known such a poor, incompetent level of service from a company which advertises itself as 'the UK's leading provider and installer of walk in baths and easy access showers we offer a complete service from consultation and design through to stress free installation'. Based on my parent's experience (and judging from recent reviews), this is completely false advertising and the company should be ashamed of themselves.
The issues caused have been created by more than one individual, suggesting to me that is very much the culture of the business as a whole and reading the reviews on here, our experience is not an isolated occurrence. Their only saving grace is the fitters who were honest enough to acknowledge that the initial survey completed by Mike was not fit for the purpose of my mothers mobility issues.
The premium charged is in no way reflective of products used. It was advised that work would be completed within a week although due to incorrect parts being ordered by the sales team on multiple occasions, my parents were without proper wash facilities for 4 weeks. 4 1/2 weeks on, the wrong size radiator was fitted (despite the fitters making the project manager aware, and the project manager advising them to proceed and fit it anyway) the 'replacement' has still not been delivered, despite 4 deliveries of the incorrect size/style having occurred.
The shower door was also ordered incorrectly and there is also a scratch on one of the wall panels. Head of Customer Services Della Cooper was involved although now appears to have gone AWOL in responding to emails. Not surprisingly, copying in of Trading Standards & BBC Watchdog to emails is the only action that seems to facilitate any type of response.
Customer Service & Operations Director Craig Alexander now involved. I will consider updating this review once the matter has been satisfactorily resolved - until then, I would urge anyone to think twice about using this company as the reviews speak for themselves. This company needs to be held accountable as they appear to be more than happy to take a lot of money from the elderly and vulnerable without fulfilling their contractual obligations.

THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH BY FAR! our grandmother had a bath installed supplied by this company 1 year ago paying a great deal of money for it. We have now been awaiting a small part that had failed for months ever after paying for it upfront at their request. Having still received no replacement part we have tried to pursue them on many dozens of occasions with absolutely no success.
In fact they have now resorted to shouting down the phone to ourselves, our elderly grandmother then putting the telephone down. this is absolutely disgusting, there are no words, this company should not be trading! We will now be contacting Trading Standard and the relevant authorities, if necessary legal channels! We will not let this rest. MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL SEE FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give them minus stars I would, my parents were charged over 10k for a 4m sqr bathroom, they prey on vulnerable customers employing pressure sales techniques, when they told the salesman they only had 6k saved and could not afford any more (this is what they had been quoted elsewhere) they were signed up for a 36 month finance agreement.
They do not take responsibility for anything once you have signed up, they do not care about their customers, looking into companies house they keep changing directorship and operate under multiple names.

My mum thought she was doing the right thing by having Premier care fit her a new shower but it was the worst thing she could ever had done. Nearly a year later she is still waiting for someone to fit the shower doors properly. As she has arthritis in her wrists she cannot open or close the doors. So she is having to strip wash at the sink. Even though this company has took thousands of pounds off her.
My mum is so depressed by this, that her Grandson had to take over in dealing with these people but even he has not managed to get a result as they say they will make a date to send someone to fix the problem, then you don't hear from them. The brochure says "a complete service from consultation and design through to a stress free installation". What a joke. This has been very stressful for my mum and she certainly hasn't had the service she deserved from this company.

My grandmother has been without a shower for a week and a half due to this company not being provided with pictures of the broken rollers on the shower door. How is an 82 year old woman with reduced mobility and no smart phone supposed to supply this information? She lives alone. Her hairdresser came round and took photos and supplied them via a link they text her/email address supplied.
Yet a week later and still no contact or progress on the fact the shower is broken. Ok, the shower is end of life or isn't one of your newer models as it's 9 years old but this does not excuse the fact that it is your shower she purchased. Bought from you and as you are the supplier, you should be able to find a part to replace the broken part with or supply a part to retro fit to the shower to enable her to be able to wash!
Oh and get this. The doors are insured/covered. Well the door is broken. So why hasn't it been fixed!? Poor customer service and poor follow up procedures. Wouldn't recommend these. This has really worn my grandmother down and the fact that she hasn't been well lately has added to her stress and upset. Very disappointed in this company. As someone specialising in elderly customers you should take more pride in providing a PREMIER service.

We were given what appeared on the face of it, a very professional package delivered by a Premier Care in Bathing representative. The price for what we wanted done was expensive, but not as much as we thought it would cost, therefore we went ahead and booked the work on finance, with a total of nine days quoted for completion of the work. We were told that a project manager / case worker would be at hand to help and guide us through the process and answer any questions we had.
Never had one, never met one, did not even get a name of one. When we asked about this through customers services, they were blunt to the point of rude with no help whatsoever. Premier Care in Bathing, subcontract workers to do the work as they do not employ their own workmen, we expected at least 2 workmen for the work required, for the vast majority of the time, one young lad did all the work with another doubling up on the odd occasion for a couple of hours.
On the first day, the lad turned up but no equipment had arrived, when the equipment finally did arrive, my wife had to put her point across that the wrong shower unit had been delivered as they were going to install what had arrived, a new, correct item was ordered with the rest of the equipment stored in our dining room, at the side of the house, and all rubbish dumped outside the front of the house.
The work was completed to a fashion with a large snagging list and a hole in the bathroom ceiling that we were told, we do not do plastering. The snagging list consisted of the following: - Hole in the ceiling requiring plastering and painting. - When the bathroom flooring was fitted, the carpet gripper had been removed, when refitted the screws were prominent and sharp, anyone walking over it would have cut their foot quite badly. - The shower panel did not fit correctly as on one side it was not flush and stuck out further than the other side. - The sink pedestal was not fixed at the top and moved excessively. - The toilet seat was not fitted correctly and was extremely lose. - One of the toilet seat chrome fittings was never fitted, so looked damaged.
Part of the snagging list was addressed sometime later, but the incompetence continued with a new seat arriving and for some unknown reason, a new shower cubicle, again stored in our dining room. When the tradesman arrived to fix the issues, he said I have no idea why they have sent that, and there it remained. After many emails, phone calls etc, we managed to finally get them to book a plasterer, after this was done, we then had the problem with a painter as apparently, they do not do painting either. Again, after many emails, phone calls etc, a painter was booked, and the ceiling was then painted, so in theory the work and the experience was over. However, this was not the case as we then had to keep asking via email, phone call etc for them to collect the shower cubicle that had now taken residence in our dining room.
We were constantly ignored and only after a few weeks my wife called and told them if they did not pick it up, we would leave it outside the house. Eventually they did pick it up. We have paid, and are paying, a large amount of money for a service that at best was and remains extremely poor. We complained and were told that compensation would be forthcoming, but before they could process any compensation, we had to sign the completed job paperwork which we were not happy about as we were far from satisfied, nevertheless, we signed and that was the last we have heard from Premier Care in Bathing. Premier Care in Bathing seem only interested in their money, once paid, we have not heard anything more including the fictitious compensation.
My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for a more reputable company with good customer service and personnel that don't lie to you to get money. An extremely disgruntled customer.

Dont bother unless you want your bathroom flooded each time you use the shower. Customer service useless appear caring but nothing gets done. Very keen to take money but not so keen to rectify their faults.3months and still when flush loo the water comes up the sink, when you drain the sink it goes into the loo. still none of the faults rectified. day 94 still no useable bathroom. now saying they did not know about the problem with the loo even though they have sent 2 different people out to see it. dont touch them with a barge pole. 6 months still not rectified their fault, when will it end rang again today waited 1hour 20 mins on hold then got through to someone who was incredibly rude and had no idea what had been happening. is it any wonder you wait so long when they do not keep their records up to date. still not finished job now not answering calls or when you get through they disconnect you. told get phone call when Andy gets of phone 4 hours later still not received the call that is one long phone call or is he just avoiding me. now 5 months and counting NOW 5 MONTHS AND STILL NOT RECTIFIED ALL THEIR MISTAKES.
