It all started in 1977 when a stylish Italian fellow was in England selling taps from his factory. He missed his train - what a disaster. While he was waiting for the next train, he decided to pop in to a bathroom shop across from the station. In the shop he met a man named Norman with a love for pigeons who appreciated the Italian quality and design that his taps had to offer. The taps were such a success that Norman's son in law, David set up his own company to sell these designer delights. And so Tre Mercati was born.
Our Tre Mercati Boiling Water Products have a 2 year guarantee. The guarantee covers all manufacturing defects. The guarantee requires that this product be used in the manner for which it was intended and that it is installed & maintained in accordance with the fitting instructions and local water bylaws.

Really dissapointed, very frustrating experience which involved sending 4 different emails with no response, and being told off when I finally got through (after weeks of trying) that I sent one of them to slightly the wrong email address (no bounce back). When I finally got through I was passed back and forth between 3 people, all apart from one's tone of voice was very much like speaking to Kevin the teenager, it appeared that wanting a spare part was a huge inconvenience!
I was advised the server that I sent the other emails to was down, , they were moving offices.and something else cant remember what. regardless, a friendly helpful manner would not have been too much to ask surely. I then received an email with what they thought I needed, and to top it all I couldnt purchase as I am not trade and dont have an account.but can try through a third party! wow, thats all I have to say! Would not want to have to deal with this company again, very poor indeed!
