I bought a radiator/towel rail, through a supplier, 3 years ago but it started to go rusty at the bottom. Despite lockdown and the restrictions, Vogue agreed to replace and fit a new one. The fitter arrived early, cracked straight on with the work and I now have a lovely new radiator/towel rail. He explained the original one had been cracked at the bottom before it was fitted so the moisture had got in. No way of finding out when the cracks had happened but obviously somewhere along the journey from manufacture to fitting. Efficient and friendly, would definitely recommend.
