Showroom staff very pleasant and helpful. Installation by Dougie Turner was prompt, professional and carried out in a very pleasant manner. Very pleased with the result. One minor problem due to a fault on the part of a parts supply company was dealt with in a timely and helpful manner.

We had two new Bathrooms & showers installed just before Christmas. In our downstairs bathroom we had a new power shower installed and a Japanese toilet. Don't know how we managed without it in the past. In our upstairs bathroom we had a shower fed off our boiler installed. Irene was extremely helpful and her design was better than the plan we had originally thought of ourselves.

The workmen (Alan & Danny) were efficient in their work & tidied up behind themselves. I would thoroughly recommend Crest Bathrooms and cannot understand some of the bad reviews. We certainly did not have ANY problems. I have recommended them to various friends.

Terrible after sales follow through- AVOID. Horrendous experience had by my aged Aunt and Uncle with this shower (lol) in Sept and Oct 2021. All talk and no trousers, promised the world when he was selling the suite and renovation but six weeks in the 79 and 85 year old are still showering at their relations homes with a botched and unfished job. Shocking

Just visited crest showroom, on entering we were completely ignored. Walked round showroom but unfortunately no prices shown and we have limited budget. So we started to leave showroom and assistant then challenged us, telling us we hadn't spent enough time in his showroom. My 70 year old explained as there was no prices shown we couldn't compare and contrast.

The assistant, a rather large man with no front teeth, then became verbally abusive, following us out showroom to main door continuing to verbally abuse us. I told him he was an extremely rude man and he then threatened my husband. I'm still wee bit shocked at his outrageous behaviour and I would caution anyone, especially lone women, not to use this showroom.

Please don't use this company, my mother ordered a shower room and work started in October but tradesmen were not able to complete job as all materials were not delivered. I had to phone to chase up and tradesmen returned two days later and eventually fitted the shower. When we tried to use the shower the drain overflowed and following numerous phone calls with no response a visit was made to the company on the 9/11/20 with no action, called on 14/11, 16/11, 18/11, 19/11, 20/11 and advised on all these dates tradesmen would contact me 23/11/2020 phoned to speak to manager Gary King would contact on 24/11 Gary phoned told that problem was with tradesmen not suppliers although I took contract with them to supply and fit shower room. Gary was rude and people skills not up to working with the public.

After sending video of problems with drain the tradesmen came on 26/11 and drilled holes in pipe to enable water to drain said they would return to do snagging work but have not to date

Absolutely outstanding showroom with stunning displays and fantastic staff who were extremely knowledgeable. We were greeted upon arriving and asked to let the staff member know if we needed any assistance at all, allowing us to wander around without being pressured. Couldn't be happier with our experience and looking forward to getting our new Moduleo flooring from Crest. All in all, a truly professional business with great staff! Will be returning to Crest!

I have done business with Crest now on several occasions, and I never fail to be impressed by them. Their service is first class and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Crest are one of the finest showrooms around. I'm really excited to see their new kitchen studio!

The selection in the showroom was excellent, and previous reviews were great so was confident I would be wanting to go with Crest. Three times, we tried to arrange someone to come out to measure up my bathrooms and twice, Crest phoned to say they couldn't do it due to people being on holiday. The third occasion, I had to phone them to ask what time they were coming round and the answer was 'the guy who was supposed to be coming round was on holiday.

I've been away for three days so don't know what's happening.' Quite disappointing service at the very start which wouldn't fill me with confidence so I have decided to look elsewhere to get my bathrooms done.

Purchased a full bathroom suite last year, including flooring, shower and all furniture. Service was exceptional from the beginning, initially with a visit to provide ideas and advice This was then followed up with drawings of design and excellent advice as to what would work well within the space. The delivery and installation was exactly as expected and promised. Overall fantastic value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending Crest Bathrooms. Proper service from a proper company.

We recently purchased from Crest Bathrooms. We found the service and help to be very refreshing from previous experiences. It must be one of the largest showrooms we have been in which gave us huge choices to consider. The finished result is tremendous and the best part was coming in well under our original budget! Highly recommended and we have passed on a few recommendations already. Thank you to everyone at Crest.
