Had bought bath taps from B and Q a couple of years ago, have had nothing but problems with them. Went to BBS for some advice, it was refreshing to go to a company who had a great product range and the knowledge to help me find what I was looking for. They have a great customer service and an excellent product availability, I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again in the future. Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable about what they sell and what the customer needs. On two occasions I've taken in washers and asked for "one of these, " and both times the staff have known exactly what to fetch. As far removed as possible from this Trade supply places that make non-professionals feel like idiots. A great place.
