Fantastic customer service - I asked a LOT of questions before committing and I was not disappointed. Each question was responded to quickly and efficiently. The quality of the panels was fantastic and very pleased with the way my bathroom looks. The fact that I could achieve this means anyone probably could! Ordered bathroom wall panels for next day delivery and we are still waiting 2 days on and messed my plans with builder. The only reason I ordered from dbs because of next day delivery and they charged for next day but still waiting 2 days gone. Update - Got the delivery on the 3rd day and the driver replied no English when asked simple questions.

We are thrilled with the service and work that we have had some. The service was excellent and the work done to a very high standard. The work men were polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they always cleaned up after themselves. We would certainly recommend DBS bathrooms to anybody.

OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY (AT PREMIUM COST) AND AFTER YOU HAVE PAID SEND AN AUTOMATED EMAIL SAYING THEUR FREIGHT SERVICE EXPERIENCING DELAYS! I placed 2 separate orders with this company for next day delivery and got the same automated email almost instantaneously. The first order I made on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday (or Friday at the latest) and it is a full week later and still I have not received it!

I was promised that they would chase it and that they would let me know what was happening but despite several calls to them I got no joy. They are a complete joke. They ought to change their courier company or stop advertising next day delivery because it's just not happening as evidenced by the automated email. When I complained, I got an email back referring me to the terms and conditions about Delivery not being guaranteed et ceterak.

I would never do business with them again I would not recommend anyone to sell. Needless to say, as in my case, if you are desperate for the order and rely on the service they are offering, you are going to be sorely disappointed. They will let you down and in my view don't care about that either.

Changed review due to company contacting me and sorting out the issues. And understanding the issues that were caused. Reasonable prices, Speedy delivery and easy to install panels, would use again as I understand things can go wrong, and kudos to dbs for looking into months after. Good customer service is half the issue these days

Very happy with the price and quality as I couldn't find them cheaper on net or locally (250mm white 8mm sparkle @ 7.20 per panel)- also the cheapest for pvc skirting boards @ 10 per length. Delivered in good time (2-3days) as promised. I was able to track the delivery and driver was very friendly. Extremely happy with the customer service. Some of the panels were damaged. 1 quick email with some pics of the damaged panels and within a couple of days I received the replacements! Will definitely use again and recommend these guys. Thank you so much!

DBS is, without doubt, the worst business I have ever used. Lots of lame excuses for non delivery and when eventually the items arrive they are thrown out onto the drive, clearly damaged and I have to arrange for them to be collected! During the 10 days I waited I ordered the product from another supplier who delivered on time and undamaged. Do not use DBS.

50% of my order was damaged on delivery, email back from the company made my client very unhappy.offered a 20% discount but still had to pay fir the delivery that damaged my items, call me old fashioned, but if I pay for materials I expect them to be in the correct condition when delivered. Wish I coukd get away with sub standard work and still get paid.

I ordered the wall panels on Monday in stock with 1-3 days delivery its now Friday I have spent hours on the phone, Dbs are blaming the couriers, the couriers are blaming DBS they won't send another order out and it looks like I will have to cancel the fitters, very unhelpful. UPDATE I ordered some more others from the Panel company superb service panels arrived in 3 days and great quality, DBS finally decided in that I can have a refund as they can't send the panels

I have used DBS a number of times over the last few years including recommending my customers to them all with mixed experiences, some projects I had damaged/bashed tongue and grooves but was able to use them into the wall corners and/or cuts to the top of the ceiling. (This isn't always possible so I was lucky) Other times I have not received deliveries on the days specified by XDP couriers who I would rate as minus 5 stars.

Other times the delivery drivers have simply dumped the parcels outside customers drives with not a hint of ringing the door bell and even though I was on site working. The latest revelation was an order for white/chrome ceiling cladding but DBS had sent plain white which my customer obviously rejected. Having then bought the same cladding locally to ensure my project wasn't delayed I reported the pick error to DBS who arranged for XDP to collect the panels for a refund.

On two separate occasions the carrier failed to collect despite a confirmation e-mail giving me a day and time slot ETA. I ended up on Friday 13th Aug driving the panels back to DBS myself in order to get my money back. All in all this has taken 6 e-mails and two days of lost self employed earnings, my time and diesel to courier the items back. Safe to say none of my customers will be using them and will be diverting them to alternative suppliers if they ever mention DBS.

Good little showroom. Bit of everything on show. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted after looking at the web site, then completely changing our minds once we got there after looking! Good service, good price. Waited a few minutes and they brought the stock out and I went home happy!

Unfortunately panels were weak, very brittle and some were off white compared to the others in the order. Holes could be made with your fingertip, I guess it's true, you get what you pay for. UPDATE - DBS took the time to get in touch regarding my original review, after a few emails I was left with a positive resolution to my problem. The initial email from DBS was unexpected and I'm now very pleased with the after sales service I received.

It was nice going to decorative bathrooms and actually knowing what i was trying to say meant something to her, a very nice crew of staff, it really was a hassle free experience, un like the shops in the same area, i did not know that this place was there, i tried every where to get what I wanted and to find it was a 15minute drive from home, well done

After a few problems everything was sorted very good firm to deal with would definitely use again

DBS completed a refit of my bathroom using plastic panelling. Over-all the job looked very good on completion. After 4 weeks, I noticed that the sealant they had used to seal gaps and stick edging down, had gaps and holes appearing in quite a-few places. Had to wait around 10 days for someone to come re-do the sealant. A week later, the same problem again.

Also had the flush handle cover on cistern unit, come off. Contact them again and nearly 3 weeks later, someone else turns up to patch it up. During past months I myself have had to re-do some of their work, plus fix on a plastic edging that sits around the window frame. I would not even bother to call them after the 3rd visit, what's the point!

Just fit panels round my shower now, they look brilliant! Very happy and also very helpful when you ring up

Quick delivery and very well priced not fitted yet but looks a good quality product will be using again

Really pleased with the bathroom wall cladding product I bought to revamp our leaky shower. Wrong parts received the first time but that was quickly resolved and we were able to finish the project in just 2 days.
