Unable to award zero stars. This is why. Had them come for a quote 10:30, didn't come. Rang up to find out why They had apparently rearranged but forgot to telling us. Same day so thought ok. When leaving said quote would be sent out tomorrow. 1 week later no sign so rang up. "Oh we'll send it out". Another week later still no sign. Rang again same story. This time told 15 mins. Nothing again. Guess they are not wanting the business. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. Hope the boss remembers this when coming to Christmas bonuses.
