Leaneys supplied all the fixtures and fitting for our bathroom upgrade even did a plan for us prior to purchase with software impressions we then selected David Hammond from Creative Heating & Bathrooms to carry out the upgrade, he & his team did a perfect job looks a million times better than the one fitted five years ago you need to look at the goods on display in Lancing Well worth the visits

I wanted to give this business 5 stars, as had a great service up until wanted to return some bathroom tops worth 386.90 but because out of 28 days return (wasn't told there was a time period) (invoice dated 2nd September) they wouldn't accept them and give me my money back. After spending a considerable amount of money (we are talking 3 full bathroom suites todate) you would think they would take them. BE WARNED RETURN PRODUCTS WITHIN 28 DAYS THERE IS NO LEEWAY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Got all our order from Germany despite covid and sorted out problem with no fuss.

We've bought four bathrooms from Paul at Leaney's over the last twenty years and wouldn't go anywhere else. His professionalism and expertise is second to none when it comes to planning and selling bathrooms. Quality products and faultless excellent personal customer service guaranteed. Highly recommended.

Went to the store. Was greeted by a nice lady who clearly knew her stuff and should have been in the sales team but was actually the book keeper Then spoke to Paul who the spent 20 minutes trying to tell us that what we wanted to do wouldn't look good and in his opinion he'd change it. As the customer, knowing exactly what we wanted in what room and having had an architect draw up the plans as well as a builder of 40+ years tell us it would work and would look fine.

After nearly an hour of working out exactly what sinks, taps, and showers we wanted for 4 bathrooms, and cloakroom, Paul said he would email us, (having taken all our details and copies of our plans) After chasing today, almost a week later, he has just told us that 'our project isn't really for them' Can't believe his ego will leave his company with a lost sale if of 20,000+ Absolutely appalling service, total arrogance, and a massive waste of our time and effort I'd not waste your time and buy anything Villeroy & Boch from somewhere else Thanks

Colin was very helpful. Paul thought I was out of order for being angry at being told that my shower screen delivery was not going to happen for the second time, which delayed my completion for a whole week. Asking for a gesture of compensation was a further waste of my time. Good products, but a clear lack of management. Nobody in charge!

The excellent service we received from Leaneys, including advice and a detailed plan from Colin, made the realisation of a beautiful ensuite in our house extension a smooth and enjoyable process. The showroom provided us with plenty of ideas and the staff were always helpful and very pleasant when we visited. Even our builders appreciated how helpful Leaneys were during the project. A big thank you to all the team at Leaneys.

My wife and I went to Leaneys through a recommendation. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end - Bob was very helpful in both designing our bathroom space and helping us choose products. We ended up not using all the tiles; Leaneys stuck to their word and refunded us for these. They also had a list of bathroom fitters they recommended. We used Julian Jaggard - Bellissimo Bathrooms - who was by far the best tradesman we have ever used. His attention to detail is second to none. All in all, a top experience.

You don't need to go anywhere else for your Bathroom! Brilliant displays of different layouts, along with equally brilliant customer care and service. All the staff (especially Sandra!) know the wide range of products very well, and spent considerable, patient time, giving advice and ideas to myself and partner, who didn't really have a clue what they wanted, to finish up with the 100% perfect bathroom! Thank You Leaney's, it's been an absolute pleasure, and we will always recommend!

Fantastic customer service from Paul, listened to our aims and budget and found great choices to suit us. Made the complicated world of bathroom fittings very easy, explained everything in terms we could understand and we never felt pressured to buy any particular item. Really impressed by Leaneys overall, best showroom around that we found, with a range of options to suit all needs.

Even the delivery was great, with them fully checking all items for any issues, and replacing a faulty part immediately. Extremely pleased with our new bathroom and Leaneys service, would 100% recommend.

Outstanding customer service. I bought my bathroom from here and cannot recommend them enough. I was a difficult customer to please, with last minute additions and odd working pattern so not always around when they are open. They were not only helpful, but also very knowledgable, giving valuable advise and ideas, they went out of their way to work around my needs.

A warm friendly company to work with with a fantastic choice which caters for all tastes. Quality is fantastic and now have a good quality stunning bathroom and on-suite. Reasonably priced and very professional service. A family run business who made me feel welcome and important even at busy times.

Best customer service ever. They talked us through the design stage, gave us very useful advice and didn't try to sell us more expensive product. They were lovely and remembered our names the second time we went back. Our bathroom has been a "show bathroom" for the last 2 months. Great service, great products at affordable prices.
