From initial contact to the finished article (bathroom renovation), Adroit have provided the most professional service imaginable. The products they provide are of the highest quality and are supplied for that very reason, and the workmanship of their installers is exceptional. Our installers, Pete & Wayne, were extremely polite, friendly and helpful at all times.
They cleaned up after each day and caused a minimum of disruption. Nothing was a problem for them. All issues were dealt with within the quoted price and we couldn't be more delighted with the whole experience. Well done and thank you.

Where do we start! Adroit are simply the best, plus they are a wonderful, local business too, that have been running since 1989! We started communication with them around June 2020, to remodel our bathroom. The bathroom we had was around 30 years old and in desperate need of renovation. When I say renovation the whole room, from ceiling, walls and floor - all had to come out and be replaced.
We have an awkward shaped bathroom which is a little L shaped which is limiting in what we can do with it. However, we had great chats with Peter in a COVID-19 safe environment to shape ideas. He had lots of great ideas, and really is an encyclopaedia of what can work, what products are out there, and what could be done with the space we had. I say this because we approached other companies, who we felt did not give us that personal service at all.
Not only that, he never once pressured us to make a decision quickly. They have a practical approach to things too - why get the most expensive thing, that will also be expensive to replace, but they do not compromise on quality. They have a really great can-do attitude, and whilst we were having a lot of difficulty finding feature wall tiles, they helped us find the perfect ones!
We did go through many amendments to get to a final quote, and this was completed in December 2020 for the bathroom to commence work in March 2021. Fast forward to March 2021 and the work begins. Rafal and Mariusz worked really hard, and we felt awful that under COVID-19 we couldn't even make them a cup of tea or lunch. They were always working flat out, never finishing early or sneaking off (we have seen other neighbours who have had these kinds of problems with a company who are not Adroit!), even if they came across problems, they got on with it.
Each day was well planned and thought out in practical sense too. They also offered great advice on positioning of lights and other items, which we are so grateful for. Their attention to detail, is second to none, really thinking about the little things that really finish the room off. They took time out after it was complete to talk us through how everything worked, and how to clean the items too (avoiding things like Viakal etc) which we really appreciated too, especially living in a hard limescale area. We have gone from having a 30 year old room, to a hotel-spa like bathroom, and we truly love it so much.
