I purchased a bath from the above at the end of January 2012 and it was installed in mid March. After three months use (2-3 times a week) it developed a crack (22 cm long) in the base. After numerous emails they have still not offered a replacement or refund (as per their T@C's) and letters have been returned as 'gone away'. They are still trading online but according to companies house ES Bathrooms and Bathroom Trade.com Ltd changed their name on 24/01/12 and are now in liquidation!
