I bought a vanity unit from QS supplies the unit itself seems fine, but the communication is absolutely appaling. i only received the order confirmation email after that nothing. chased them up for a week to find out and kept getting told they'll contact me. then i call up and they tell me it will be delivered today but cant provide a time slot or a tracking number. Then they just left the unit outside my house and left. really need to improve your communication with the customer.

Complete fraudsters - avoid! Used them few times and spent over 3k until last time. Order was completed within 5 months! But far from good, incorect special made order item label was removed from the box and put hand written item number from order (I assumed it is OK for non stock item). Qssupplies refused to correct order which put me back 200 and six weeks without toilet. EDIT: Case reported to TRADING STANDARDS Clearly breaking Consumer Rights Act 2015 they must replace item EDIT: Finally got refund from QS, don't get fooled by them when they refuse refund or replacement. You are protected up to 6 years with faulty or not as described items for replacement and refund in 30 days from purchase. Contact CITIZEN ADVICE and they will help you!

We used this company as our main supply for our new project, from wall hung Cistern tank to some lights and shower etc. Breathe of fresh air, the online company who answer your calls very quickly. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure when everything goes well it's OK. But beware if anything goes wrong - you will be left very unhappy. Hence the number of 1* reviews. I wish I had checked Google before ordering. After a couple of deliveries that went wrong (saying the delivery had been attempted when it hadn't, and incorrect tracking info on the second) I received no help whatsoever from QS Supplies.
When trying to escalate to speak with a supervisor I was told they would send me an email to book a telephone call with a supervisor (has anyone else had this with a supplier.?!). I duly did this, and then the phone call never came. Then I phoned to ask what the point was in booking an appointment when it was not honoured, I was told that someone would surely call by the following morning.
Of course no phone call came. I finally received a refund later a number of phone calls, but it was less a charge of 54 for a "failed delivery attempt"which I dispute to this day as I was home, and cancellation of the order when the item had not yet left the warehouse. I now have neither the energy or time to try and pursue a further refund, which is obviously what they are counting on. Completely rubbish customer service.

Awful company stay clear. Didn't want to replace my sink that was cracked almost in half. The box had no damage to it. Then when I told them I contacted Citizens Advice, they wanted to replace it, but it was too late by then as I had brought another one as I have no sink! If in a similar situation - ignore their terms and conditions, the law is the law and goods have to be of reasonable satisfactory.
I am entitled to a refund and compensation as its been reported within 30 days, but they still stand by on inly offering a replacement which is now no good so I have to waste my time getting back what I am owed the hard way.

I ordered from here because the website gave the impression that the items I had wanted were in-stock, and I only had to wait a few days for the items to be packaged and sent to me. Then, I had multiple emails from QS Supplies over the following days informing me that various items were not in stock and I would have to wait 3 weeks for some of the items.
That's not unreasonable if it is communicated to the customer prior to ordering, like any other retailer would do, but it's a pain when you only find out days after your order. So, I'm buying things from a local plumbers merchant instead. If this site has a particularly good price for an item and you don't mind waiting, go ahead. They responded to my emails quickly at the very least. If you need a reliable supplier or are a professional/commercial customer there's probably better alternatives.

Faulty shower was sent leaking from the t shape junction. They have been trying to minimise their liability at our expense by sending us parts to fix ourselves with no assured workmanship rather then sending out a new quality assured set on discovering a fault and causing delays. Its been a process of going back and forth with their team and technicians.
They very well knew the delays was costing us and only apologising when the honest thing would be to send out an exchange which they kept avoiding. Very stressful exp with selfish thinking at the expense of customers

The price for the close coupled WC was very fair (and with free delivery). The website suggested that dispatch might be around three days which was fine. Two days later delivery occurred - fantastic! The ordering process was simple and I was kept aware of the order progress. I have bought a number of items from QS Supplies and always been very happy. Would I recommend - Yes.

Ordered a toilet seat and, because of the Christmas break, the packaging wasn't opened until the end of the first week of January when the seat was found to be broken. Sent images and was told that as we hadn't contacted them within 14 days they wouldn't replace. No dispensation for Christmas. Flimsy packaging without any cushioning to stop breakage if dropped.
Their 'cancel contract' within 14 days documentation doesn't cover returns or disputes so their policies are totally outside UK Consumer law. Totally rubbish service; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great product, poor delivery service. My Saturday delivery was delayed because they had a breakdown. The Monday it was re-scheduled for, nobody was due to be home so I phoned and emailed on the Saturday to ask for it to come on a different day. Received an email at 8.15am on Monday saying tough its coming today. Had to cancel a days worth of appointments with the loss of 400 income - way more than the difference if I had just bought the same item from my local merchant!

Item never came after 2 week, issue with courier apparently. I appreciate this isn't their faultp, but there was no proactive communication from them and I had to chase chase chase. Ended up needing it next day from another company which cost me 30 more as I was at the mercy of companies who could deliver next day.

It's very bad company with worse Customer service. i order a bathtub valve from them in 10/12/2021 and they didn't send it to me.and when I called them after 5 days they told me we don't have it. i ask why you didn't let me know and I would like to talk with manager about it they hanged up the phone.any way i lost my job just for them and they don't care about me. Placed an order with QS supplies yesterday - just a kitchen sink for 180. Not an especially cheap price, I just liked the look of the sink and they didn't have that type of one in the usual places. Online ordering process was easy, and fast. The sink was in stock. My payment was taken and the online receipt said it would be delivered within 5 days.
Happy days. Looked on Google later and instantly felt nervous after reading the recent bad Google reviews QS has had. Called up this afternoon to check everything was okay and to settle my nerves. Spoke to an operator who said "Sorry our warehouse only has one of those in stock, and we can't guarantee it will be delivered to you". When I asked what they meant by that they said it could possibly be delivered to another customer instead.
I couldn't get my head around this. If it was in stock on line, they had taken my money, and told me it would be delivered in 5 days, why would it be delivered to someone else? Further more, the sink is still showing as being in-stock on their website. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my 180. They told me they couldn't do that on the phone, I would have to submit a request by email.
Who does that? I've sent the email. I'm hoping and praying this isn't going to be a drama to get my money back. I will update this review to let you know what happens. I really wish I'd checked Google reviews before ordering. **Update - I have received a refund. Phew!**

Started a major remodel several months ago and, given the uncertainty of the supply chain, ordered as much as I could in advance. One item, from QS supplies was a 800 x 1700 shower pan. Imagine my surprise (and my neighbors) when it was delivered at 4:30 AM! That was just the beginning. I stored the shower pan flat, as recommended, and when I went to install it, 2 months later, it was quite the banana (see photo).
First QS Supplies said I had installed in incorrectly and when I explained that it hadn't been installed (only an idiot would install something this bent) they said I must have stored it improperly. Bottom line - they have good prices, but who delivers at 4:30 AM - the same people who will sell you defective product and then blame you for it. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with for a long, long time. They refuse to give a refund on an item they charged me for which I didn't order, didn't want, didn't receive. They even sent a van to pick up this invisible item! They said they would refund, but did not and now they seem to be saying they won't. There have been numerous emails and some 'phone calls.
They haven't supplied any proofs of delivery (signatures or photos) (Well, they cannot really). This matter has gone on for some THREE MONTHS now. I have even written to the managing director at their ivory tower in the hope that he may sort it out, but no reply and to no avail. So, sadly, next step I suppose is to consider solicitor/trading standards/small claim court, more expense for all of us.
I would rather give it to charity) No, I am not a competitor, but someone who buys quite a lot of sanitary ware for some properties I own. This was a trial order, no more! My opinion is that there much better firms to deal with.

QS Supplies offered excellent value for the shower screens, trays and other bathroom supplies that I purchased. I was informed of the delivery day and then time window to within a couple of hours. Everything was well packed and arrived intact which means I did not have to utilise their customer service and therefore cannot comment on that. I would not hesitate to use QS Supplies again.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would have. The customer service department cannot understand you and when you do get through to them you receive the the wrong advice! I am registered disabled so I am entitled to claim the VAT back under the HMRC exemption. I have called numerous times to be told their computer system does not allow this.
I have sought legal advice and now officially written to them with my letter of complaint about the service and the goods. If I hear nothing then I will pay the 60 to take this company to court for a civil matter. This company should be allowed to trade under these conditions. I have legal cover on my house insurance and I will take this company to court. Dreadful company. Avoid, Avoid at all costs

I ordered a Roca bath. It arrived scratched so I wanted to return it. QS Supplies hold no stock of their own, they just act as an intermediary and another supplier will actually supply your goods - if that goes OK, great; but if something is amiss then that is when you are totally screwed becasue they have no interest whatsoever in customer service and you WILL have a fight to get your money back When you call them you are greeted by people who can barely speak English - accents that are so thick as to be incoherent.
You get promised that within 48 hours it will be resolved, sounds great except that they never get back to you. I've phoned them 4 times over the last 2 weeks and each time to be told it will be resolved within 48 hours, it never is and they never ever contact you back with an update. Avoid the hassle with these R O G U E TRADERS and just do not buy from them in the first place.

Competitive pricing of sanitary ware was the main reason I used this company. However I was even more impressed with the delivery because the driver rang me on the due day and let me know he was on his way and estimated the time he would arrive. He also assisted by passing the goods over the threshold rather than leaving them outside. Great service.
