Great service, always on time and all engineers are polite and respectful of my property. I have been using this company since 2010 and every time they have exceeded my expectations.

Excellent fast service from Bogdan. He explained everything so clearly and finished the job in under an hour - very stress free!

Darren arrived on time and did the job quickly and without any noise or mess done. I also really appreciated his extra, honest and practical advice. He clearly was here to help and not just make quick, easy money.

Absolutely appalling - avoid like the plague. They use underpaid contractors who get less than half of what is paid. They don't take responsibility for their errors, either. Overpriced. Use local tradespeople, who are accountable and don't hide behind the veneer of professionalism.

I am really happy with all the work done including a tailored new bath side panel, blinds and curtain rods. The girls in the office were really helpful and Carl was friendly, professional and did a very good job.

Totally, PGS HE 100% helpful and responsive, better than ay other company I have used. GW3 engineer Oliver is courteous, friendly and totally reliable and skilled. I always ask for him for my hot water cylinder services.

Had a great electrician, Tex, was personable, tidy and efficient. Went that little bit further to ensure a good finish. Process was quick, easy and all costs clearly outlined up front, which we thought were reasonable and allowed us to prioritise work over a few sessions. Spoke to an actual human when first contacting, who was very helpful. Hassle free building works at a reasonable price, I cant fault them so far!

I am a landlord of a single rental property who has used PGS numerous times in the past and has spent over 1000 this year alone using their services for various jobs in the house. However, I have just had to have my EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) certificate which they charged me 312 for, I have since realised the standard rate for a 3-4 bedroom house is 149.

The report came back unsatisfactory and they sent me a quote for remedial work totaling 1030 + VAT. Already, alarm bells were ringing because my mum had recently had the same work done on her property for a few hundred quid. PGS then called me up 30 minutes later and asked if I was happy with the quote, something they have never done before, and asked would they like me to see if they can make it cheaper by taking out any unnecessary work?

Why were they sending me a quote of work I didn't need in the first place? I have since gone to an electrical company directly who have quoted me 480 + VAT. I'm a long-standing customer of PGS but they sent me a quote containing around 500 of unnecessary work. At the end of the day, they're just the middle man between you and the trader and I won't be using them again.

I had a problem with "damp" in my flat, which various contractors had failed to diagnose or resolve. I'd still have the problem now, had it not been for PGS. Dan identified the source of the problem on his first visit: a leaking water mains pipe at street level! He then carried out extensive reinstatement works. I was particularly impressed with Dan's commitment to getting the job done: working long hours, keeping in regular contact with me, taking the initiative, being transparent with costs etc. Thank you Dan and the whole PGS team! I've been calling on PGS for about 7 years, and have always found the plumbers and heating engineers to be very reliable and efficient. I manage a property at a distance and the PGS staff liaise very efficiently with the tenants, keep in contact with me by phone during the job and always arrive as arranged. The work has been excellent quality. Customer service staff are also knowledgeable and helpful. They are certainly not the cheapest but I am happy to pay a bit more for reliability and quality.
