I never write reviews but felt the need to express my satisfaction of a Job well done, My kitchen install from planning to installation was excellant and I'm very pleased with the result. I'd like to thank Paul and the team for their excellant work and hope to use them again in the future.

Speak as you find. Even after 3 years of fitting the after sales experience has been first-class. Issues related to the manufacturer not fitting team. Certainly recommend and use in the future.

This company was engaged to refurbish our shower. When they had "finished" the shower leaked and continued to leak, no matter how often they came back and until after the end of the guarantee period. They brazenly said: "it has defeated us" and "we will not be coming back", paid 45 for one visit by a local plumber and abandoned us. We never saw them again.

We had to engage a COMPETENT tradesman at our own additional expense to fix what they had been incapable of doing. The response of the owner requires CORRECTION. The work was supposedly "completed" in October 2016. That the leak did not show immediately was because it was behind skirting boards and only became visible after these became stained. We call "we are defeated, we will not be coming back, we will only pay for one visit by a local plumber" abandonment.

The guarantee period should start when the work is actually completed, in this case when the leak caused by the company's inadequate work was stopped. The shower continues to leak to this day, despite the fact that we have had to contiune to throw good money after the bad that went to this company. We would strongly advise anyone considering a shower refurbishment to avoid this seller.

If I could go into negative stars I would. Spent over 18k for a kitchen and had to manage and snag the work myself. The work started Sept 18 and finally finished Dec 18. The work was shoddy and you have to keep pushing to get what you agree in the contract. I kept a record of all the problems encountered which are just too many to write in this review.

The management in this company are quick to take your money but leave you with substandard workmanship or bits of your kitchen missing. You also have to clean up the mess everyday as they just walk away. Today (24/02/2019) we had a flood under the sink where the pipes have not been tightened. BEWARE!

Myself and my better half had a fitted kitchen almost 3 years ago really happy and going back next few days coz wanting built-in wardrobes in bedrooms

Fantastic Kitchen, Bathroom & Ensuite carried out by true Professionals! We looked around a fair few different places before finding these, Once we looked around & chatted we knew they were for us. They care a lot more than just money which was how we felt in other places we had visited, pushy sales people without a clue on what we really wanted! They gave us great idea's and have a wonderful Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom that offered every style and budget, The Crown Matt & Gloss kitchen Bob had planned looked great on the plan, & it's even more amazing now installed, Works really well for our family's requirements. Again, The Bathroom & Ensuite were just as Impressive, We now have a lovely family bathroom & gorgeous ensuite Wet room to ourselves! Paul's knowledge & Richard's imagination deliver amazing result's that we'd fine hard to better elsewhere!
