Just thought I would let you know that my parents are delighted with the walk in bath they purchased from you. It has made the world of difference to them being able to bathe instead of just shower. It was important for them to see the baths before making the big decision whether to change to a walk-in version, but this was made so easy with a visit to the Telford depot, actually sitting in a bath and chatting to the knowledgeable staff. Delivery was quick & simple and their own plumber was able to install the bath without any fuss! Thank you so much.

I needed a walk in shower for both myself and my husband who is disable and asked for a quotation from a few companies. I decided to only get quotes from those that specialise in the mobility market. It was a real eye opener. I received quotes from as little as £6400 all the way up to £9500. All quotes were for exactly the same and included cladding to the shower interior, a foldup seat with arms, and new slip resistant flooring to the bathroom.
I have to say that Walk in Showers and Baths Ltd were not quite the cheapest they were £180 above the cheapest, but they were the most pleasant to deal with. Absolutely no pressure unlike the more expensive ones we saw. They were so knowledgably and expressed a real and genuine interest in my husbands disabilities. I would most certainly recommend them.
