My Mum (70) used Bespoke Bathrooms to install a wet room for my Dad (82) who has Alzheimer's and has just had a stroke. The original quote was 10000. My Mum was repeatedly asked for unjustified stage payments, and the work dragged on over schedule. The price kept going up as my Mum was threatened that if she didn't pay he'd take his workmen of the job.
I feel that my Mum was manipulated. Her weak situation was abused. They knew she was desperate so they kept asking for more more money. The last stage payment would have taken the cost over 12000. She rightly took Bespoke Bathrooms off the job. As a result she's alread payed almost 10000 and the job isn't nearly finished. AVOID BESPOKE BATHROOMS!

After several months of extensive plumbing/installation I have no hesitation in awarding them more than five stars if possible. A skilled,experienced and mature work force in whom we always had full confidence. We soon found we could leave Ken and Ian to look after the house as they worked. The took better care than we often did! Dave was always available to advise, assist and befriend.

We have just had two bathrooms refurbished and cannot fault any part of the project. From the initial consultation and throughout the work we received sound and practical advice. Though several options were given to us all final decisions on the project were ours and we were never put under any pressure or coerced into making decisions that we were not happy with.
The workmanship by the fitters, Ian and Ken was second to none and of a very, very high standard. They were punctual, tidy and kept us appraised of progress throughout. In all a first class job by a first class outfit. Our thanks to them.

We have used Bespoke Bathrooms for over 20 years now, they have designed and installed over 10 bathrooms at the numerous houses we have lived in, we wouldn’t dream of looking elsewhere, the planning and workmanship is second to none, their fitters leave the site each evening clean and tidy and are always extremely polite, a pleasure to deal with.

Our home went through a bathroom transformation recently and what was an awkward space is now a functional and stylish place to enjoy. Everything is of the highest quality from the design to the installation and the workmanship mirrored that. (A special mention for Ian here) Disruption to home life was minimised and for part of time we went away, confident that everything was in safe hands. Reassurance was offered when doubts arose and small changes to the original design were easily accommodated. Would we use this firm again? Yes.
