Aylesbury bathroom & Tile centre

My experience with Aylesbury Bathroom and Tile Centre has been a very disappointing . The installation has been poor and products are of poor quality( Calypso and Bathrooms for Love). I have been chasing the company for past two years and they have taken no responsibility for the poor workmanship. The issue is that they did not come out to take measurements of our bathrooms even though they (Russel - the General Manager) said they would. So we ended up with installations and Products that were misaligned with some products we could not even use - which they refused to refund. The excuse : one of our bathrooms had a an odd shape. Another excuse - it's wear and tear . Due to misalignments we have a cracked bathroom top, a shower stall that had to be reinstalled three times that clearly has water leaking into the base which is causing it to split, a door handle that keeps coming off and again the screws were replaced 3 times - so defective door, and discovered recently toilet furniture unit which is splitting at the side ( even though the bathroom is well ventilated , in-fact the extractor fan was installed by Aylesbury Bathroom and Tile Centre. When i communicated with the team but received no response I informed that I would put out a poor review and only then did I receive a reply saying that they will not be blackmailed and that they have informed Google and then proceeded to say that they will send their new General Manager out to check on our concerns. However they reneged on this as well and they decided that they will send us a plumber instead to add sealant - which does nothing to solve our main problems of replacing these products and installing them correctly. These are not merely small and loose parts which need adjustment - if they were I wouldn't be wasting my time for the past two years. The contract says that I can only contact Calypso and Bathrooms to Love via the dealer which is Aylesbury and Bathroom and Tile centre. Calypso is under the trading name Woodstock Trading Company, so you will not find reviews under Calypso and the reviews of Woodstock Trading Company related to Calypso are not great. The total project was close to £10K and I have been left with absolute shambles. Knowing fully well that they will not be making good the poor quality of work I am hereby posting this review.

Recently used Aylesbury Bathroom Centre for two bathrooms at home. Customer service was excellent and the workmanship was spot on. Would highly recommend if you need your bathroom updating.

A very responsive and helpful team from the outset. Planning and selection of new suite made easy at there new Aylesbury showroom. Delivery and installation all done within 3weeks. Clean and tidy workmanship and a great new loo!

We would recommend and use Aylesbury Bathroom Centre again without a doubt. We wanted to do a self build but with a bit of guidance with regards to the design and sourcing the fittings and fixtures. Chris was happy to accommodate this and I felt really did an stellar job from initial contact through negotiation and after care. Perfect, thank you Chris.

I can highly recommend the Aylesbury Bathroom Centre. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the whole team worked hard, with good cheer and tidied up after themselves everyday. Any queries were very quickly resolved and I've been left with a bathroom which resembles that found in a 5* hotel. Makes the rest of the house look a bit tired! I'm very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We are so thrilled with our gorgeous new bathroom. We had two small ensuites made into a lovely jack & jill bathroom. The service we received from start to finish from everyone was fantastic. The team were professional, polite, friendly & tidy and did a brilliant job. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Aylesbury Bathroom Centre - you will not be disappointed!

What a great team, from the moment we arrived at the store and explained our needs Chris was extremely helpful in assisting and guiding us with our choices. Then Michele came out to measure up and design our en-suite, we discussed what we needed and the design was based around this and making the space work for us effectively now and future proofing it for accessibility. Michele's knowledge of his products and how the design would work best for us were limitless.

Any questions were answered promptly. We are absolutely delighted with our en-suite. The team were absolutely brilliant. They were well organised and worked to an exceedingly high standard. The team went on to completely re-floor our downstairs installing underfloor heating and tiling. They installed a new cloakroom, and we added an additional en-suite.

But I am so grateful for Russell telling us they would be doing kitchens soon as we asked Michele about this and we were delighted to have the team redo our kitchen. From project managing everything and dealing with Loch Anna well I can't speak highly enough of the team. Again we discussed what we needed and Michele's design delivered again. Sergio and his team are an absolute credit to Aylesbury Bathroom Centre they turned up promptly, worked exceptionally hard and created outstanding results. The whole team were amazing and we are so grateful to them for all their hard work and for making our home gorgeous. Thank you all for your hard work and craftsmanship.

From design to completion, Aylesbury Bathroom Centre's service was impeccable. Very responsive with a real "can do" attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and Sergio and his team on site were a credit to the company - friendly, hardworking with a real attention to detail. We could not be happier with the result. Thank you.

Great experience from Michele designing the bathroom with a 3d plan to his team installing the new bathroom to a great standard and all project managed by them so no worries about arranging tradesman. All the team were so good at their individual skill. Would use them again like a shot. Pictures do not do this justice.

We are so very happy with our bathroom and it has turned out better than we imagined it could be. Very professional and courteous correspondence from Michele the whole way through and all the workers were equally polite, professional and proficient. From start to finish, the team were tidy and punctual, they also kept making sure that we were happy with the little details and we have ended up with a fantastic new bathroom!

The teamwork was apparent from our first approach to the company through to the completion of the work. The staff carried out the work with enthusiasm and a high level of
skill and experience. Each part of the work was carried out by a specialist, tiler, plumber, electrician. All concerned worked well together to complete the installation of our bathroom with a minimum of disruption to our daily life. We were delighted with the result of their work.

Excellent experience from start to finish ... when your faced with so many options it was great to just let Michele design the perfect bathroom for the space we had. All we had to do was pick the colour. The installation was incredible, Sergio and team were very respectful of the surroundings very clean and tidy, and the progression of tradesman flowed perfectly right down to skip disappearing the day of completion. Workmanship is first class, a beautiful bathroom. couldn't recommend them enough.

Michele was very patient and helpful when we were choosing tiles for our conservatory floor. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of underfloor heating vs radiators and the best types of tiles suited for underfloor heating.
Installation work was excellent and we are delighted with the final result. We would definitely use the company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Aylesbury bathrooms have just finished our main bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom.
from start to finish Michele has been so helpful,designing our rooms,giving us ideas,he is always on the end of the phone to help with any queries.
Sergio and team completed the work ,everyday they cleaned up after themselves, they were so friendly a pleasure to have in the house.
Michele organised the whole project from removing old suites, skips, plumbers, plasterer's electricians. If you are looking for a new bathroom I would definitely recommend Aylesbury bathrooms centre.

Excellent service, quality of workmanship great, guys worked tirelessly to get the job finished to a very high standard. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I dealt with Michele who gave us great advised and although there was a few changes during the fit-out nothing was a problem. The quality and service was superb, I have nothing to complain about. In short I cannot recommend them enough.

We have used Aylesbury bathroom centre twice now. Once for our downstairs toilet and just recently for our bathroom. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this team, from the initial consultation and design phase right through to implementation. The quality of the workmanship and the manner in which the work is carried out is a credit to the Management. Always on time, pleasant and very considerate. I bought my bathroom in the Aylesbury Bathroom Centre in September 2017. Michele was incredibly helpful and offered sound advice for everything I was buying. A couple of the items did not work correctly, but Michele sorted this out immediately and without question. I would hugely recommend the Aylesbury Bathroom Centre to anybody.

We had a bathroom fully supplied and fitted 2 years ago and the materials used and workmanship was exceptional. Unfortunately over time a waste pipe had worked loose causing a bit of a leak so I contacted Aylesbury Bathroom Centre as I wasn't sure how long the work was guaranteed for and they were brilliant... despite the warranty having run out they sent a plumber the very next day who fixed the problem quickly - and there was no charge. The aftercare service is second to none.. totally recommend them.
