Shears plumbing heating & gas have done many jobs for us. The main one being a complete new boiler system and radiators from start to finish the team were great! Had my bathroom renovated by shears march 18th and can't believe how brilliant these guys are, from start to finish they are professional courteous and all lovely. The girls in the office are brilliant and any issues are swiftly dealt with. Our bathroom is gorgeous and really exceeds our expectations. I have used Shears on a number of occasions over the past 4 years. I have always found them to be professional, friendly, reasonably priced and reliable. The work is always top quality and I wouldn't use anybody else now. There may be cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for, and with Shears you get good quality work.

We had a great experience with Ben at shears really friendly and understanding of what the customer wants instead of just doing what is quickest. The lads were really friendly and finish to a high standard and left no mess! We had lots of quotes but shears no only was the best but also catered for our needs the most. We was recommended Shears by previous people who had work done by them and they didnt disappoint. Upon first contact the lady who answered the phone was polite, friendly and professional. Ben and his team are highly responsive, informative and listened to what we wanted. The process of moving and replacing our Boiler from the kitchen to the garage was carried out with no distribution to my day.
The work they carried out was to a high standard and everything was cleaned up before they left. The whole team work extremely hard and are friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommended this company to anyone that needed work doing and will be using them again in the future.

All in all ended up ok. My only issues after was that my floor boards now squeak very bad and that they left my carpets in a bad way. Couldnt shut one door as the underlay was all folded up underneath and bits missing. Marks all down the wall on the stairs and fingerprints all over the door frames and doors. They were on time and was friendly people. I Would use again. Just a shame the new boiler is way louder than my old one. But Im sure its more efficient.

The communication and professionalism from Ben was outstanding. The quality of work from him and his team was excellent with them fitting my new external oil boiler. Ben and the team worked exceptionally hard during a very cold and rainy day to remove my old, faulty boiler and install the new one with no disruption to me whatsoever.
