Multipanel offer excellent customer service and always provide top of the spec products. Their products are always the first i recommend to customer as i know both myself and the customer we will received top service in products and aftercare. Their delivery service is excellent, 90% orders are received earlier than expected and the other 10% are received on the date they have confirmed on the order confirmations. The local reps are always on hand and will help where ever they can. Couldn't ask for a better company.

I have been selling Multipanel for 3 years now and have never had a problem, a few small issues along the way which have always been sorted with great customer service. products are great, really good choice, we have 6 displays on in our showroom and they look fantastic. Deliveries are always on time and the communication is great. Get good support from the local rep, really am happy with the company.

This company makes good product but their customer service is appalling. On one particular order for multipanel I was given 3 different despatch dates but eventually had to send a van to Edinburgh (100 mile return trip) to collect the order. I feel sorry for their telephone staff as they must get regular pelters from their customers. This service issue has been going on for at least 2 years and i fear it could be the downfall of a good company due to the excellent choice of competition.

We had some Cappuccino Stone panels fitted which look great but also some 'Warm Mica' ones which are poor quality as the colour fades in & out along the join. Customer service is appalling as they took over 9 months even to contact me after I tried several times, and they now claim that their product is fine. Will go back to tiles next time as I would have expected the product to be perfect considering the extortionate cost. I work for a supermarket and know how to treat customers - shame this company doesn't care.

I have used Multipanel for the last 8 years on jobs of various sizes and budgets. Their selection of panels and floors fits all budgets without compromising on quality. The new improved tongue and groove is excellent and leads to a high quality finish quickly and easily. The broad range of colours and textures in the wall panels fit extremely well with the floors to combine to produce a high end hotel like finish, without grout, a lot less maintenance and potential for call backs. I have Multipanel fitted for 8 years at home and it looks as good today as it did when fitted.
