We use our own fully employed fitters, ensuring a quality and hassle free service, we also offer a competitive supply only service if you wish. Our 5000 square feet showroom has over 40 fully fitted display settings including a large range of shower enclosures, working shower displays, bathroom furniture, wall and floor coverings, accessories, lighting, whirlpools and much more.

Excellent service and workmanship. We used A1 several years ago and had no hesitation in asking them to carry out the refurbishment of our downstairs cloakroom which even under these challenging times was done as per Mark's quote and within the timescale provided by very good craftsmen all of whom worked within the Covid rules, very pleased.

The work involved retiling the bathroom floor, lining the shower cubicle with solid core laminate, fitting a new shower door (and solving a long-standing leak), remedial work to the toilet cistern. The standard of workmanship was excellent on all fronts. I was kept fully informed about the job (including during lockdown), the site was always kept in a neat and tidy condition, and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to work with a small company who cared so passionately about customer service and delivering the best possible outcome.

Dealing with A1 was a smooth experience right through from the initial quote to the finished job. The showroom and quotation process was pleasant, with no hard sell, and once we decided to go ahead we were able to choose a mutually convenient start date. Every step of the installation was explained clearly; all workmen were friendly, thorough and punctual, and always took care to clean up each day.
There were no deviations from the quotation, aside from a few extras which we requested and were given very reasonable prices on. We are 100% happy with our finished bathroom. Fully recommended.

It leaves a nasty taste in your mouth when the company (A1 Bathrooms) informs you just before they turn up for an estimate that "for your reference".projects start at around 8.000 and we could not start work for 6 months. It is so good to know that British industry is doing so well they can throw work out of the window and the sales rep does not need to put any effort into it.
