Please avoid this group of companies, my genuine advice is please use your main high street retailers as returns are cheaper, easier and your guaranteed to be treated accordingly. Returned a toilet seat in the order I received it. Told I'm not due a refund and to collect it if I want it back? After paying for the seat and then 15.00 in return fees, I feel royally screwed.
Reason being, the seat was apparently damaged. I'm not sure from the images that this was even the seat I returned. Even still this seat could have been damaged in transit to myself rather than the other way round. but Wayne fails to see this. (please see similar review from Sarah in the Google reviews) Again, my genuine advice is please use your main high street retailers as returns are cheaper, easier and your guaranteed to be treated fairly.

Ordered a part and received an invoice for payment straight away. 2 weeks passed and still no delivery so I emailed them on the Monday for an update and they said the part should be in stock the following week and they'd send it out as soon as possible (no indication on their site that the part was out of stock). Another 2 weeks passed and still no part. Emailed for a refund. Avoid yourself a lot of hassle and get what you need elsewhere.

Ordered a part on Mon 15th Feb. Received email saying was in stock so would be sent for picking and despatch and I would be sent tracking details once despatched. Still not heard anything by Sunday 21st, so emailed asking for update. Got automatic response saying will respond in 24-48 hours. Still not heard anything on Tuesday 23rd so called. Was told it had not been despatched as had only just got stock in which seems like a standard reply. Asked for a refund to be told 'I can't do that I'll have to pass it on, and if it's agreed it will take 7-10 days for a refund. Looks like it will have to go into dispute with the credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a product (7 December 2020) which was shown as in stock on their website. Received an email the next day to say it was out of stock and stock was anticipated on 11 Jan 2021. I asked for an immediate refund so I could buy it elsewhere or buy it nearer the time. I Have not heard from them since! I've had to raise a case with PayPal. Avoid like the plague!

Avoid like the plague. (Also trades as bathroomspareparts.co.uk) Would leave no stars if system let me. Very, very disingenuous and inept. Even though instructed to stop my order due to nil stock and long delay to supply, took my money regardless. When challenged stated (lied) would get order to me overnight. Failed to do this and when challenged again cancelled my order out of spite rather than explain their actions. Refused three written requests for details of whom to make a complaint to. I'm having to refer matter to trading standards.
