We can have a toilet seat lid wrapped in water proof vinyl as pictured for 65 including VAT or if you just want a sticker on the lid they are 50 including VAT. Seats take about 2 weeks to get done but with the maintenance of the seat, no cleaning materials can be used as any chemical could damage the vinyl. Only wipe down with soapy water and then dry it off ideally with a micro fibre towel so the vinyl is not damaged.
A: Most items are kept in stock by our suppliers so 24-48 hours it usually takes but some bigger or more fragile items can take a little longer. Special items can take 4-6 weeks. A: We take orders by email or in the showroom only now. We used to do phone orders but due to miscommunication with past orders we no longer do it.

Having never done a bathroom renovation before, it was overwhelming the amount of products available. Steve helped me to whittle down the choice based on quality and price and was excellent with advice and suggestions. I purchased the majority of my bathroom suite items from Brittens and I'm really pleased with all the products. Once ordered they arrived really quickly. We were delighted with our recent bathroom revamp, Steve's planning & advice was excellent and he achieved miracles in obtaining items during the lock down period. Sean did a wonderful job of fitting the bathroom, and tiling it, his advice on colour schemes etc. was great. We now have a bathroom to be proud of. Thanks guys.

We needed a new loo, and wanted to replace the old cupboards, sink, worktop and flooring, but retain the existing mirror. We got lots of useful advice, and the design service was included in the overall price. We used their in-house installation team, who did an excellent job, given the tight space. Great service, high quality components, fair price, efficient installation. Highly recommended.

I purchased my bathroom suite from Britten's Bathtime a few years ago and was really happy with the service and value then and still am today. I had a very quick and helpful response (literally the same evening outside of opening hours) and my toilet seat was ordered and delivered the following day! Excellent service and industry knowledge. I had this company recommended to me by 3 other friends who had had Brittens Bathtime supply their equipment and one had them install. I had a full planning service at no additional charge! Very reliable. I thought I knew what I wanted, but Steve very kindly offered me alternatives as I had no appreciation of the variety and quality I could afford to get. Brittens Bathtime co-ordinated all the equipment which I had from a variety of companies and delivered them all on time. My installer even had advice on how to install the cubicle.
