We had trevor help us design our cloakroom, family bathroom and two ensuites-these were installed with superb attention to detail by slavak and his team under trevor's always watchful eye!all this was done over ten years ago-we sold the house earlier this year and without fail all the estate agents who came to value the house and all the prospective buyers asked us if the cloakroom/bathrooms had "just been done"! now if that isnt a testament to the quality of work at RPB i dont know what is! ps before we went ahead trevor was more than happy to take us to see his previous work and to speak with his previous customers

We recently had a new bathroom built and installed in our attic. We are absolutely delighted with the work done by Vlad and Ovi. Vlad's attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. They were a pleasure to have in the house and were helpful, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend their work.

We commissioned Radlett Premier Bathrooms to renew our en-suite. From initially dealing with Sarah in the showroom to the completion of the work, we were really delighted. The quality of the workmanship was first class throughout and included everything we needed to use the bathroom immediately including all decoration, electrics & tiling. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We saw three potential bathroom designers all of whom were recommended. However, we felt Radlett Premier Bathrooms completely understood our requirements and, therefore, decided to go with them. We were certainly not disappointed. The professionalism and attention to detail of the installer/builder Vlad was outstanding and the end result is a beautiful new bathroom. We would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring anything bathroom related be it a new bathroom or just an addition to a bathroom.

We had 2 new re-fitted bathrooms installed. Sarah was most helpful in arranging all aspects of the two rooms to our instructions. The fitter was always on time and put in a full days work. If there was a problem either during construction, or in the months afterwards, Sarah was most helpful in sending back their fitter to replace any faulty components and to rectify any problems we had. In all, most satisfied with their service and workmanship.

They did an outstanding job on our two bathrooms and downstairs toilet. They gave us great ideas and the installers were top notch. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be suggesting them to friends and family who need bathroom work. I couldn't give a higher recommendation than that.

This is the worst company ever!.was asked to put in a disability access shower.first they put in the wrong one, tray was higher than the previous one!.which my father was made to pay for even though it was THEIR MISTAKE! and he couldn't use it, then he had to wait another 12 weeks for another, this for a job that we were originally quoted days, as this was the only shower my father could use and his mobility issues were discussed right from the start.final pay was more on top of what he had already paid for a shower he could not use.
The staff like Trevor would not take any calls, they avoided all correspondence when they screwed up!.I had to go to the shop and threaten to take legal advice just to get them to finish the job.this is an 80year old man with assorted health issues who had to endure all this whilst under going chemotherapy! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING Company the stress they caused.
Even now the water leaks under the so called sealed door etc!.no doubt they will remove this review, as they won't want others to see how they treated a sick old man and took him for a ride!
