We were established in 1987, our Showrooms are in Weymouth, Dorset, where we offer an extensive range of kitchens, bathrooms and accessories. We can Project Manage with you, your installation from the initial design consultation, through to the satisfactory completion of your works. We manage all the relevant plumbing, gas, carpentry, electrical, tiling and small building works.
We justifiably claim to be "The Local Really Helpful Kitchen Manufacturing Co." This means we will design and make the units to fit YOUR kitchen. Whilst we do modern kitchen designs and have lots of ideas, we do not lose sight of the fact that it's YOUR kitchen for which your input is crucial. We really prefer to say that "we help YOU design".
A typical installation will have a back to the wall toilet, with a hidden cistern and push button flush; and a recessed or semi recessed basin with storage cupboard underneath. Perhaps some drawers or our practical mirrored wall cabinets. There are many options for baths or perhaps remove it altogether to make a luxury walk in shower that's easy to access.
There comes a time - either out of necessity or simply because you chose it - that a space of your own moves up a few notches on your list of priorities. Whether you are working from home, need somewhere to study or relax, or to accommodate your hobby; you deserve your space. Our fitted study furniture will enable the maximum utilisation of that space.

I live in a new build property with a kitchen installed by Kitchencraft. There were multiple issues with the kitchen but these were all fixed. The problems began when i said i would like to update the doors etc and maybe all of the kitchen in 2 parts because crucially they could match new doors etc to my existing kitchen. I was really looking forward to doing this and had no problem with using them again because earlier issues had been sorted and we were on good terms.
As soon as the design person found out i had had problems with the kitchen before he became very negative saying oh that would be expensive, the cost of the end panels will make you cry. etc. i even said to him it feels like you don't want to help me. He told me that wasn't the case. However he e mailed me to say Kitchen craft had decided not to help me.
So i asked them to quote for the "parts" so i could match to my existing kitchen but get someone else to fit and they have refused to do that too. So now i am left with a kitchen that i don't like and is of a lesser quality but that i can't update to match my existing kitchen which i could have done had they let me. It feels like i have been punished for complaining about the original issues with my kitchen.
I am a medically retired NHS nurse of 30 years surviving on a pension at the age of 57 so i can't afford a new kitchen. Yet despite all this Kitchencraft think their actions are acceptable knowing that i will now have to pay for a whole new kitchen versus just a few doors. I would also like to add that i was told that my kitchen has a lesser quality finish with visible corner joins on plinths and cornices etc because that is the standard of joins they use for Betterment properties versus a private contract home. If i could have given zero stars i would.

Kitchen Craft went "above and beyond" on the recent kitchen install they did for us. From replacing rotten floor joists to sealing up a leaky adjacent shower, and all while installing a stunning new kitchen. I cannot recommend Kitchen Craft and its superb team highly enough. A brilliant job and a great company to work with too. Thanks you.

Pleased with the quality of work on our new bathroom but beware of later charges; we were charged 210 to repair a leak under the newly fitted bath a few weeks after it was installed as Mr Cookson, the Director, insisted that it was nothing to do with the new plumbing. (He only saw an i-phone photo of the leak and did not visit himself.) This leak was within 10 centimetres of the new work and the joint linked into the new system and was most probably weakened by their work. No compromise from him though on blame or cost.
