Ocean Bathrooms

This is the third time I have used Ocean Bathrooms to supply tiles/bathroom furniture/fittings and fixtures etc. As always a thorough and professional service from design to delivery with lots of communication and excellent after sales care. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a quality bathroom.

We have recently installed a bathroom designed, and supplied by the guys at Ocean bathrooms. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The drawings were great, which gave our client the the confidence to leave us to carry out the works whilst they went on a holiday. Everything was delivered on time which meant we were able to stick exactly to the project plan, meaning our client returned from their holiday on the Saturday to a brand new bathroom, fully operational and ready to use! Ocean are great to work with and highly professional. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and look forward to working with them on future projects.

Joe and his team at Ocean Bathrooms have provided us with an amazing new ensuite and bathroom. The range of products to choose from is amazing and their advice and knowledge about bathrooms is second to none. We chose some huge tiles to reduce the places for mould to grow and are incredibly pleased with them. Their service throughout the installation was extremely good and even when unforeseen hiccups occurred, they sorted changes with no fuss at all. All-in-all a very good experience!

The plans were great to work from and everything arrived exactly when it was supposed to meaning we could complete the project exactly to the time frame we had been given. We were in a hurry to get a bathroom refitted, but after two or three hours with Joe and his software and selecting fittings from around the showroom we had a complete design and everything ordered. The finished bathroom is excellent and was completed on time.

Joe and the team have refurbished several of our bathrooms. Top quality products and finish. We highly recommend them. It's a family run business with personal service. Joe is a very talented designer and can solve any design quandary. They look after their customers. We look forward to working with him on another project sometime.

Joe and the team at Ocean bathrooms did a great job for us. Until we met Joe, we didn't realise how important it was to get a good design in place. Ocean's Free design service made all the difference. We had a wonderful time at the showroom selecting everything and the advice from the Ocean team was invaluable. Plus we got free tea and biscuits! We got all five of our bathrooms plus a cloakroom with Ocean and it's transformed the house. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We used Ocean Bathrooms to help us refurbish a quirky shower room in our new home. Joe Muehl handled the design, which was not staightforward since the room is tall and thin, with limited natural light and uneven walls and floors. Joe came up with the suggestion of slate - large tiles with beautiful colors and texture - which work extremely well and actually make the room feel more spacious.

The Bridport showroom has a wide variety of products, both tiles and fittings and equipment, on show in real bathroom situations so it's easier to make your choices. The company uses CGIs to let you see what your choices will look like in your own home so there were no bad surprises later on. Ocean has a lovely family firm feel to it. The service is personal, responsive and helpful.

Once we had made our choices, ordering, delivery and installation took place as expected, to time and to budget. Just as important, since we were new to the area, Joe introduced us to a fitter and electrician who were superb. As always, once installation starts issues come up that need to be dealt with - they were all resolved efficiently and effectively. We will have more refurbishment to do - so we'll be back.

Ocean bathrooms renovated my bathroom, Joe completely re-designed the space making it work allot better and creating more space. The finished bathroom looks amazing and I am so happy with it. The fittings are all very good quality and their fitting team were very clean, tidy and made the experience very easy and I am very happy with the finished bathroom. I could not recommend them enough.
