Paris Victor

Enormous thanks to Ross and all the Victor Paris team for transforming our bathroom renovation project. With two very dated bathrooms, we had an opportunity to start again and create something fabulous but with not a lot of space to have everything we wanted. Ross has vision and helped us to see how we could use the space to fit in everything we wanted, coming up with new solutions when we thought we'd already considered everything from every possible angle.

The showroom is huge and really helpful to see such a wide range of high end brands on display. Ross patiently answered all questions and revised quotes a few times while we changed things around. Delivery timeframes were exactly as described, and the delivery team were cheerful, courteous and nothing was any trouble. We lost our original bathroom fitter along the way so rang Ross as a long shot - he put us in touch with Elite Bathrooms straight away who, again, were outstanding. After 6 months of use, we still love everything about both bathrooms. 5 stars all around - we're absolutely delighted with everything and wholeheartedly recommend.

Victor Paris bathrooms is a really good place to visit it has lots of choice you get everything you need from the one store. The assistants or designers are very knowledgeable and they may come up with some suggestions and ideas you hadn't thought about. The service from design to installation is really very good, I was kept informed every step of the way by Ross in the Edinburgh branch.

Comprehensive showroom over two floors. We worked with their in-house design team which was headed by Phil and he did a great job in helping guide us. This store lacks the pretension of other Bathroom stores, highly recommended.

We actually got recommended Victor Paris by another bathroom company that could not meet our budget expectations. I found dealing with Victor Paris really easy from beginning to end, from sketching out our bathroom space online, to selecting our bathroom and dealing with their suggested independent bathroom installer. We got contacted by Ross after submitting our layout online.

We made an appointment to discuss things. The showroom inside is beautiful and huge with lots of different bathroom ideas to suit varying budgets. After discussing things with Ross to give him a rough idea of what we wanted, he walked us round the showroom providing ideas and suggestions. His sales approach was not pushy at all and he provided ideas that we didn't think of and he was good at listening to what we liked and didn't like.

After a few more appointments we came to an agreed plan and costs and the goods were ordered. The arrival of them were delayed because of lockdown but when they arrived they were good quality and no flat pack insight. Unfortunately, there was some pitting on the sink and some light scratches on the bathroom furniture (didn't help that it was graphite Black to be fair). Albeit they were light scratches I could not unsee them after identifying them.

But again I cannot fault the service, I contacted Victor Paris and sent photos of the issues. Less than 24 hours it was all sorted, with a new sink and replacement bathroom furniture on order which arrived a week later. This to me is a measure of how good a company actually is, not when things are going smoothly, but when things go wrong and how they handle and deal with that.

I have had such hassle with OTHER companies when things arrive damaged, even after providing photos/evidence. But Victor Paris dealt with it promptly and was a breath of fresh air. Thanks for providing our lovely bathroom.

We went to Victor Paris looking for a corner shower unit to replace our current one that was installed by Victor Paris about 20 years ago. The showroom had an wide variety to choose from, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. From the time we ordered our chosen unit until it was installed their service and communication were excellent.

Great service from Ross Penman in helping our client to select sanitary ware and tiles for a 32 bedroom hotel refurbishment in Dalkeith. The showroom had a vast range of options to review and Ross helped guide our client to the best options for his budget. All deliveries arrived when we needed them and Ross made sure any missing parts were resolved quickly. No question we will use Victor Paris again in the near future.

We would highly recommend Victor Paris the service from start to finish has been first class. Ross helped us pick and design our two bathrooms, always happy to take any questions via telephone or email with quick responses. Ross also recommended the workman who were all amazing! By using the workman they have have the experience working with the Victor Paris products and having that nice link to speak to Victor Paris directly to nail the vision that we wanted for both bathrooms has been great and made the whole experience stress free.

We have had two experiences using Victor Paris for updating our Bathroom and en-suite. The bathroom update took place in 2007 and more recently the en-suite refurbishment in 2017. On both occasions we have been delighted by the support shown by the Victor Paris Edinburgh showroom. The more recent en-suite changes were more complex than the straight bathroom replacement.

We converted our shower into a wet room and Ross Penman, our consultant at Victor Paris, was excellent in planning how the changes could be effected. My wife had ideas about the styles and quality she was looking for and the plans developed fully satisfied all har requirements. Ordering and delivery of the products was exactly to the agreed timetable. Ross also introduced us to a contractor to carry out the work and again we were delighted with his suggestion, with the work being carried out efficiently, to time and ending with a quality finish.

We are still delighted two years later with the finished product and the quality of the products we purchased On a couple of occasions parts have required to be changed and again Victor Paris, and Ross in particular, have resolved the problems immediately and without fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Victor Paris Edinburgh showroom for any bathroom renewals. Their planning team is efficient, diligent and extremely helpful in keeping the client updated on progress and very prepared to assist in any problems that might occur.

After much deliberation we chose our products at Victor Paris for our new en-suite. We had several meetings with Ross who was extremely helpful and very professional. He took time to explain everything in great detail and made some recommendations to help us in coming to the right decision. The showroom had an excellent display of bathroom furniture and accessories and from the beginning of the process to the delivery of the bathroom furniture we received a first class service.

I would highly recommend Victor Paris and Ross who has a wide breadth of knowledge in his field. Our new bathroom was completed 3 months ago, the bathroom furniture looks great and we are extremely pleased with every aspect of it.

Fantastic experience with victor paris. We installed four bathrooms in a major house renovation. Mark took the lead on helping us and they have amazing product at multiple piece points, right up to designer level. We have four really different bathrooms now and they add a real wow factor to our house. Everyone who sees them asks "where did you get them?" Excellent service from design to delivery and discussions in between.

Can't recommend highly enough and I've already referred other very happy customers after our own experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go there and we chose them after extensive conversations with other bathroom providers in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
