Burns of Woking is a family run company with over 50 years experience in providing high quality products from sink traps to steam showers - boilers to bathrooms. The company was founded in 1963 by Dennis Burns and two years later was joined by Robin hoyle, his brother-in-law, and Anne Hoyle. Dennis retired some years later however burns remained a family company.The company is now run by Anne and Robin's son, Toby Hoyle. In 1963 the company started out as a plumbers' merchants business, then in 2006, it was decided to open a showroom to capitalise on the extensive knowledge and experience within the company.

DW Burns Showroom is located just off the Lower Guildford road. With over 50 up to date bathroom displays & access to over 10000 products we're able to accommodate the majority of tastes. Our contracts department also operates from this branch - No job to big, no job too small! Some Satnavs will take you into the housing estate behind our showroom.

DW Burns have a great display of bathrooms in their showroom and they have access to thousands more products through their suppliers.
Sally and her team are very knowledgable about what is available and what will work for you and they gave us some valuable advice about the design of our bathrooms. They also re-worked our quote several times without hesitation as our requirements changed. All our items arrived on time and were in perfect condition and we are thrilled with the results!

If you're in the trade or just have a leaky pipe or dodgy cistern this is the place to come. DW Burns is a great, old-fashioned plumbers merchants. The shop is nothing to look at and parking can be a nightmare. It's the kind of store where you don't browse, you either know what you want or you ask. If you ask and don't know you'll be offered excellent advice and often your problem is solved with a cheap part or widget.
The staff will give you fitting advice and won't try to sell you more than you need. If the parts are not in stock then Burns will source them for you. They'll phone you with a price and then call again when the item come in. Their communication is really good. So, if you have a plumbing issue that's not an emergency, pay this shop a visit. It'll be cheaper than the call out charge for a plumber! Note: As this is a trade shop it's open early, closes early and closes at lunchtime on a Saturday!
