Great product, fantastic, friendly and efficient customer service. Highly recommended.

Genuinely appalling customer services Ordered an expensive wall hung mirror cabinet on the 6th December from Sanctuary as 200 cheaper that competitors. Arrived in a resealed box which when opened revealed a faulty cabinet with misaligned doors. Emailed customer services immediately to inform them and organise a replacement. No response for 48 hours, emailed again with no response. Called a further 24 hours later and put through to Sales as Customer Services too busy. Informed Customer Services would call me and they were informed.

No follow-up. Called again and this time got through to customer services, they had no information I had called. Organised for the item to be collected 15th December for return. Courier did not arrive following taking a day off work to be around. Called again, customer services have no idea why the couriers did not turn up and re-organised the return.

Finally turned up on the 17th December and promised a refund before Christmas so I could recoup the 650 to purchase another cabinet. 24th December no refund and now Sancturary shut down for Christmas. Called 4th Jan to be told they have no confirmation the courier collected the item. Finally confirmed the item arrived with them before Christmas and they would now issue a refund, finally got my money back on the 7th January - a full 31 days after ordering the item.

I have never experienced a more disinterested, disorganised business ever. They have succeeded in nothing more that taking my money for 31 days and consuming hours of my time on calls and emails trying to return a defective item. Such short sightedness as I am currently spending 9k on items to build a new bathroom. Many of the items I want are with Sancturary but following this experience I have chosen to pay a little more to go to reliable competitors who care about customer service.

I would also hasten to add that this was the last item in stock, with it being resealed I suspect the item had already been returned by someone else and they were trying to offload it as they offered me a discount to keep it. Shocking service. I am being generous with two stars as I finally got my moneyback for a defect item.

Sanctuary recently completely renovated two of our bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the process or the results! They took care of everything for us from designs, buying the fixtures and all the installation. We have already booked them to do more work! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or their people. Simply wonderful from start to finish!

Sanctuary were brilliant. They listened to our brief, and came up with a great design. Friendly, professional, efficient. I reached to them for a quote for a kitchen that is going in a house extension, sadly the responses I got were a little odd. I was shown plans for a kitchen not our own and costings way over quotes I have had from other local vendors. I could not recommend.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul who was very helpful and guided us through the process of designing our En-suite. The products are top quality and look the part. Very pleasant experience and easy to deal with.

Excellent experience usually prices are lower than other retailers fast delivery and hassle-free return. Only if they have wider range of product. I will defintely use them again.

I was really pleased with the service when purchasing the bathroom. I spoke to the showroom, ordered online and the delivery was speedy. Gave a 5 star review. However, we have unpacked the toilet only to find that the product is not a standard UK fitting. Called this morning first thing and was promised a phone call back. not heard yet so now trying to connect on Live Chat but currently a 42 minute wait - hence the 1 star!

I will post an update when this has been resolved. Update- they've been brilliant. Have sourced the correct part for me and are arranging to swap the units. It's really only when things go wrong that you get the true measure of an organisation so back to 5 star! Thank you

Fantastic team and 5* service Ordered all our bathroom units, mixers and towel rail from sanctuary bathrooms and so glad I chose them over other stores. I've called them to amend my order and follow up on delivery to accommodate my availability and the team has been incredible, polite and professional. I would 100% recommend them.

I have been extremely impressed by the service from Sanctuary Bathrooms. I ordered a bath and a shower enclosure from them because they had a particularly good price on a shower enclosure I wanted. After placing my initial order I had to change both the bath and the shower enclosure to fit the build. I have always been able to speak to a person quickly when I have phoned, and they dealt with both changes very well.

They were even able to hang on to the items once they were ready until we were ready for them on site. They were delivered to me in London by a driver who works for them regularly rather than a large courier company (which is often where the service falls apart). Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

Rang through on thurs 11 Feb spoke to Paul. Told him the shower enclosure we wanted. He checked stock and got straight back to us with delivery date. Had a phone call a couple of days ago to arrange delivery time. We had to go out for a short time this morning to get our Covid vaccine. Posed no problem. The delivery was here at just after 8am delivery driver very polite and courteous. Highley reccomend this company. First class service. Thank you all.

We used Sanctuary for our total bathroom refurbishment. Emily was great to work with from the outset, particularly given the restrictions as we were undertaking the work during covid restrictions. She listened to what we wanted and gave us lots of suggestions and support in coming to the right choices and decisions. When the Sanctuary fitting team weren't able to do the work in the time frame that we wanted, she didn't hesitate to recommend someone else. We are really pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Highly recommend Sanctuary Bathrooms. We purchased a basin mixer tap for our new bathroom and vanity unit. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Sadly our vanity unit was too large for our new bathroom and this meant we were unable to make use of the tap which we had not opened yet. Sanctuary Bathrooms agreed for me to return the tap for a refund, no issues whatsoever. Great customer service and experience. I'd 100% use this company again.

I am delighted with my new ensuite shower room, designed and installed by Emily and the team. The design advice was excellent and the work itself was carried out to a very high standard. The team arrived promptly every day, kept me fully informed at all stages and the project was delivered on time.

Absolutely stunning customer service from our first phone call right through to after sales service at Sanctuary Bathrooms. We dealt with Tom Hudson all the way through our lengthy self-build process, he was there every step of the way to advise and handhold, organising separate deliveries for the bulkier items and generally being a thoroughly reliable and friendly person to lean on for all things bathroom! It felt so refreshing to be valued as a customer, recognised by name, and not passed around the business. First class Sanctuary, keep it up!

We had a new bathroom installed in March 2020 and I can't recommend Sanctuary Kitchens & Bathrooms highly enough. Emily listened carefully to the limitations of our old bathroom and came up with a design that fitted our needs exactly. The installation team - Daniel, Kevin, Sam and Richard - were extremely professional and fitted the bathroom to an extremely high standard.

Both my husband and I work from home and we feared the installation would disrupt our work but this was not the case. They worked quietly and ensured that noise and dust was kept to a minimum. Emily inspected the installation each week to check that the suppliers had sent the correct items and chasing those who were slow to dispatch products and risked delaying the installation. Emily dealt with the news of the Covid-19 lockdown very professionally and the team worked hard to get the bathroom to a point at which we could use it during the lockdown, returning a few weeks later when it was deemed safe to do so, to finish off the job.

I was entirely confident that Emily had sought the correct advice about the requirements for her installers regarding social distancing and working safely. Sanctuary Kitchens & Bathrooms are a one-stop shop if you are looking for a company who can design, install and project manage the fitting of a new bathroom or kitchen. It was an entirely stress-free process and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to Emily, Daniel and the team for creating our perfect bathroom.

Sanctuary completely redesigned and replaced our master on-suite bathroom. It was a large job and included the repositioning of walls as well as completely renewing the plumbing and any necessary electrics. Emily was a great help during the design, and the building, installation and tiling work completed by Richard is second to none. Sanctuary were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We went everywhere - and I mean everywhere! - looking for our perfect kitchen. Kate walked in and instinctively knew what could be done. Her clever design and endless patience transformed our kitchen. The team made what I thought would be a nightmare as painless as possible with their professionalism and good humour. Months later I am still thrilled with our perfect kitchen. Was it the cheapest? No. Is it outstanding value for money? Absolutely. Would we recommend? 100% without hesitation.

We chose Sanctuary, out of 5 other suppliers, for their professionalism from the very start. No they weren't the cheapest but, as they say, you get what you pay for. From the outset we were impressed with Emily's knowledge of her product, her suggestions on design and was actually the only designer that delivered what we had actually asked for. Alex was assigned to our job and he was always there on time and did an amazing job.
