We purchased a hot tub from Sarah at Hotspring World. Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable on what hot tub to choose and has also been a great help after we received it, always answering our many questions! We have recommended friends who have also purchased hot tubs from Sarah.

We are delighted with our hot tub. Superb service from start to finish, both Sarah and Ken were very helpful. We had a few queries with the delivery and Sarah made a site visit which helped ensure a smooth delivery and installation. I would highly recommend HotSpring World in Cobham.

I am extremely happy with my new hot tub. The service I received when looking in the showroom was brilliant - answering all my questions and pointing me to the most relevant one. Then it was quite tight to get the hot tub into my garden, but the delivery guys were amazing getting it through without having to remove fence panels! The set up was quick and straight forward.

They did everything I asked and took me through all the maintenance instructions. They also took away all the rubbish and left the area clean and tidy. All in all I am very happy with both my hot tub and the service that I received, both in the showroom and the delivery and set up.

Sarah and Ken were so helpful when we purchased our hot tub. 3 years down the line, Sarah remembers us whenever we go to purchase chemicals or ask advice. She has an excellent knowledge of all the hot tubs and pools. We recently called in to the new showrooms in Cobham and think it's great.

Sarah was a delight to deal with. Choosing the right products is relatively straight forward - helping project manage the installation and phasing the ground works, electrics, craning and timing of delivery was fundamental to the success of the installation. Even two yrs post install, she's still got time to help and advise - excellent customer service

The whole service offer from order to after sales support makes it really enjoyable to own a hot tub and they will openly share your excitement and ensure everything goes to plan. Highly recommend.
