Dave was quick to visit our property to give an estimate but unfortunately the service went downhill after. No one minds waiting in the present circumstances of Covid but I think Windsor bathrooms should telephone their clients regularly to keep them informed. The customer service is shocking you have to keep chasing them for an update and you always get the same reply "we havent any idea when we can come to replace the bathroom" Surely you should be in a queue so they could say that there are so many people waiting in front of you but no always the same response dont know. I wouldn't recommend this company largely due to the very poor customer service experience.

Great service and advice off Sharon. Everyone we met was keen, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't fault any aspect of our new shower fitting. The conversion of our old dowdy bathroom into a lovely new shower room was carried out really professionally. The guys were excellent, really proud of their work and took great care to get the finished shower room perfect. A joy to deal with.
