Customers of this family business have included Local Authorities, Local Councils, Housing Associations, Builders, Plumbers, Heating Engineers and of course members of the public. As a family business, the emphasis has always been about offering a service.

Our bathroom CAD design uses computer software to show you what your new bathroom will look like. At Alan Heath and Sons we use fantastic technology to plan your designer bathroom, en-suite, shower room or cloakroom. We'll show you the plans and elevations using brilliant revolving 3D images, so you'll see exactly what your renovation will look like.
We are very pleased with the transformation that you and your team have wrought in our bathroom. The final result is not only efficiently organised but much easier to keep clean! From a rather tired bathroom you have produced what we regard as an elegant result. We would also like to thank the men who advised us and worked on it for their diligence and consideration for us during the work. New bathrooms are always disruptive, but your team reduced this to a minimum and we are grateful to them for this.
At the island on the A45 with the Fire station, Police Station and Homebase around it, take the exit that takes you between the Police Station & Homebase. The first left is at the top of the hill which is around 500 metres from the island. Turn left into Burnsall Road. Again around 500 metres down the road is an entrance to Fletchworth Gate on the right hand side.

We had our bathroom installed in 2017 and thought the professionalism and level of the service was excellent and loved our new bathroom. We have just had had an issue with our shower 4 years and five months later and felt very well supported with after care. The shower wouldn't turn off and was causing concern for flooding. We called the emergency number found on the answer message at Alan Heath and Sons for advice.
Mark came out within 30 minutes and although he couldn't resolve the issue he sorted the shower to allow us to use it until we could contact the manufacturer for the issue to be hopefully resolved as it was still under warranty. We were also reassured that if there was an issue with the warranty a spare part could be fitted. We really didn't expect this level of service and are so pleased we had the bathroom by them.

I can't recommend this business highly enough. I was given very helpful advice at the design stage for my downstairs cloakroom, which enabled me to make a much better refurbishment decision than I had originally planned. The range of products at the showroom was extensive, and again I received very helpful advice as I made my choices. The installation went extremely well. Joe was obviously very knowledgeable about all the various aspects of the job, and carried it out efficiently and with great attention to detail.
The work was carried out with minimum disruption and with care and attention, including ensuring my home was clean and tidy. I am delighted with the finished product and will certainly use Alan Heath and sons again. Couldn't have been better.

With more knowledge than you'll ever need, the team here give the right advice and the results speak for themselves. The bathroom they fitted for my in-laws is exceptional. They won't fit what won't work. They will give you a five star service. All resulting in an excellent bathroom! Highly recommended.

Thank you to Alan Heath and Sons. The team were so helpful at the beginning and all the planning etc. making it very easy for us. It was all so well organised and we knew exactly what was going to happen when. The guy who lead our project took such care and attention to detail were fab, and the way he kept us up to date with progress and left everything so clean and tidy at the end of the day was really appreciated. Lastly, the electrician, plasterers and tilers were also wonderful! We are so pleased with the final result and the way the bathroom looks! It's a massive improvement to what we had. We will definitely be recommending you all.

A very effective and well stocked showroom, after struggling to find it (more a case of needing to scrutinise every sign on the road side buildings so as not to miss theirs alongside a vaguely similar colour larger one above it). Not only appealingly pleasant visually, but the service is very highly professional, telling us what we needed to learn rather than what we might have wanted to hear. A very enjoyable experience, equipping us to cogitate on the alternative options open to us.

I am really pleased with the recent bathroom alteration and renovation. From design through to completed supply and installation Gary and his back room and on-site staff, showed professionalism and excellent customer service. The installation team completed tasks with the minimum of fuss and always left site clean and tidy. This was no mean feat since part of the alterations required the removal and rebuilding of several internal walls. I am delighted with the new bathroom and will have no hesitation in recommending Gary and his team.

We recently had our bathroom supplied and fitted by Alan Heath Bathrooms and could not be happier. From start to completion we have had excellent service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds on different things. Gary Heath always made plenty of time between customer visits allowing us to discuss everything without feeling pressurised.
Attention to detail was always a priority. Warren carried out the re-fit and has done a fantastic job. In all it only took 10 working days with no issues at all. His workmanship is excellent, clean, tidy and a nice guy too. We hardly knew he was there. Everything was delivered on time with no damage at all and the products we chose are very high quality.

We had our bathroom fully designed and fitted by Alan Heath & Sons. Gary was very helpful, even driving us to the showroom as we are no longer able to drive. All of the trades people that were involved in our refit were fabulous and were extremely professional, they tidied up each evening even hoovering up the landing! We were very happy with the service, the products and the finished bathroom. I would definately recommend this excellent, family run business!

The Alan Heath team did an exceptional job of re-fitting our bathroom. Every aspect of the project, from the initial planning to the timely scheduling of each stage of the work, was achieved efficiently, and all the workmanship demonstrated the real skill and professionalism of the team. The quality of advice provided, particularly the attention to detail in such matters as the fittings, tiling and floor covering, was excellent, making us very happy indeed with the finished 'product'.

A hassle free experience from start to finish. The planning and quote was very detailed and Gary took time to source all the fittings to meet our exacting requirements. Then Mark the fitter was extremely courteous, considerate and has done an excellent job taking time to get everything just right. Probably one of the best jobs we have had done in our many years of home ownership and we are extremely fussy!
