This company sent me defective goods then refused to give mer a refund so im having to start a dispute through Paypal. Ive been having difficulty sourcing a specific sink in a reasonable time and this company showed that they had this itrem in stock. I contacted the company to confirm and even triple checked that they could deliver this product before I placed an order.

Fast forward to a week later, a loose sink (with no packaging) arrives in the back of a van just sitting on blanket? Upon sight, its immediately clear to myself (and the deliver driver) that the sink has some very visible manufacturing defects (small hole straight thorough the ceramic on the front of the sink and glaze missing on the rear). Actually Im not sure why anyone would actually send such a obviously defective product with not even a box in transit to a customer?

Straight away Ive emailed HeatandPlumb with the details and photos. 2 days later, after many more emails and phone calls Im still no further forward. They want me to wait 72 hours for a response from their supplier before they will act and do anything. Im having difficulty explaining to them (via phone and email) that im not prepared to wait that long and I would like to have the defective product collected so I can be refunded and go else where. Ive asked for a refund now on email and over the phone and have been refused, I will take it through Paypal ***Update/Response*** Hi Ahmad, Thanks for the reply, your company seems much quicker getting back to me on review sites than any other method although you seemed to have missed a few things out. -My original email with pictures detailing the problems was sent shortly after the delivery on Mon, 6 Jun, 08:18 -I followed this up with a phone call at 9am, someone your end said they would check the mail and get back to me in 1-2hours.

No one did get back to me -So I rang back at around 2pm, someone your end said that they never received the original email, so i resent the same information to the same adress (Ive just re-checked the first mail and it was delivered) -I subsequently got an email from customer services telling me I should expect to wait 72hours for a response, I explained that i cant wait that long and to arrange the collection/refund instead. -Ive since asked for a refund on the same email trail again and as of yet have had no response (yet you have replied on here?) All of the above are facts and i can back these up with the emails proving this.

Please hurry up and issue the collection/refund, as i write this reply it has still not come through ***Update 08/06/22*** Day 3. Still no information regarding the collection or the refund? ***Update 10/06/22*** Day 5.the sink has just been collected. Customer service had said that a refund will take 6-12 days which I find absolutely extraordinary. It seems this company really want to hold on to your money

Prices were competetive and so i ordered about 1k worth of items and hoped for the best as I hadn't used them before. First item I checked was the shower valve which had the connection hoses missing. Contacted support via live chat and they were very responsive but couldn't get replacements out for a few days due to the Jubilee weekend. I couldn't wait that long so went and sourced the parts locally to get the job done.

I sent a copy of the receipt for the parts and Shikha refunded it straight back onto my card, no issue at all. Always polite, efficient and responsive. Everything else that arrived was complete, undamaged and decent quality. When there was a problem after they had my money, they sorted it out, so I will continue to use them for as long as that remains the case.

I have not installed my items yet but bought all my new bathroom pieces (basin, toilet, shower, fittings etc) through Heat and Plumb and so far a great experience. The toilet was out of stock but I was informed immediately after order and updated when it was back in stock (just a few days later). I also had one item mistakenly delivered and something missed (it happens) - this was swapped over the next day and a very helpful customer rep (Jeff) was exceptional keeping me updated and even checked in after the drop (which is unusual - most companies don't bother).

So 5* from me. If every plumbing company ran like this and had a Jeff on it's customer service team - we would all be very happy clients. Updated with photos. Great products.

My first order from Heat and Plumb and I received some excellent customer service. I had a problem with a delivery that included a smashed sink. I, messaged them and spoke to Jeff, who sorted my problem quickly, ordering a replacement to be sent out to me asap. It arrived even earlier than expected and was spot on. A good company with great products and top customer service.

Radiator ordered was unfortunately damaged by the courier. They quickly provided a new replacement free of charge. Excellent service.

After some research online I found Heat and Pumb was a company to trust hence I ordered a shower tray from them with a very competitive price. As communicated via email, the tray was delivered in two days time (very quick free delivery). After unpacking I found a factory defect and emailed H&P to report the issue. I had a very quick response and a promise to resolve the issue in 48 hours.

I had a resolution in less than 24 hours and a replacement tray delivery scheduled in 2 working days time. Very happy with the experience with Heat and Pumb (thank you Shikha) and will be ordering from them again.

Toilet and cistern was incredibly well wrapped in bubble and 2 boxes, but cistern broken. A new one was promised with no hesitation, just required a photo of damage, and arrived in a day or so. Kept me fully informed and great value.

I bought stone shower tray from from heat & plumb. Excellent quality, just fitted and it looks amazing. Delivered on chosen day. I had a small scratch on the first shower tray that was sent. I contacted them with photo and Priya from heat & plumb kindly dealt with the issue and sent a replacement shower tray. Very good service, great price and highly recommend.
