Unfortunately we had the bad luck of encountering Mr Buchanon as the allocated electrician, this made the job go from a 2 week refit to just over 2 months with us finding our own electrician and plasterer in the end. We were unable to have the extractor fan we wanted due to the fit being done in the wrong order and now have to open the window each time we use the shower or bath.
Mr Buchanon blamed everyone but himself for what went wrong and I see has now left his own review! Poor communication with us chasing exeter bathrooms throughout. On a positive we are pleased with the products, better to use as a shop and arrange your own fitting.

If I could give no stars I would.we ordered a new shower/enclosure and panels for our bathroom and job was sub contracted out to m Buchanan. The whole experience was terrible. We had numerous problems with our refit to name but a few.including cold and hot taps plumbed the wrong way round, our old shower put up instead of new one, bent pipes under the floor, bad fitting and cutting of shower boards, knew we would have to have new floorboards replace but floorboards not secured down with ANY nails resulting in continuous leaks which eventually caused our ceiling in hallway to fall through.
Complete bodge job from start to finish in the end had to sack the fitter and had it completely refitted by different company. Took no notice of complaints, invited them to come out and look at all our problems not interested at all! We did receive some compensation from the fitter but not nearly enough for all the problems we had.

Martin was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our order. Having been a complete novice when it comes to knowing what to look for when buying bathroom panels - I left Exeter Bathrooms with a greater confidence in what I needed to consider prior to ordering. The range of bathroom panels were also greater than I had seen elsewhere. The order itself was swift and the home delivery was an added bonus. I'd 100% recommend Exeter Bathrooms!
