We were so impressed with Phil at Majestic Bathrooms. This is the second time we have used them for bathroom renovation work. Phil was helpful and had great knowledge and recommendations for the white wear, plumbing fixtures and all items we needed for each bathroom. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend and use again! Helen&Jason

Brilliant experience of dealing with Phil and his team. From the start and booking the viewing appointment, Phil was clearly knowledgeable, took us around the showroom and was able to make suggestions based on our requirements. We found a good range of quality products to select from to suit our needs for a new shower room. The goods were then delivered on time as promised.

During fitting, it then became apparent that the tradesman had made a mistake, meaning we needed to exchange an item for a different size. Considering this was 2 months down the line from purchasing, Phil went out of his way to accommodate this and source a replacement which was consequently delivered within a day. Much appreciated, thank you very much. We will certainly use you again in the future!

Don't bother had app but couldn't find anywhere to park when we did find somewhere. To park we were a little late. And was told we were to late. But when I called to make app was not advised limited parking or the road was closed off one end so had to find a way into the road. So they are not giving you long to look around before next app so just lost as was looking for a complete bathroom

Brilliant little independent plumbing store with a vast range of. Quality bath and shower room displays and a very helpfull and friendly staff. Excellent value for money and will price match on anything like for like where possible. Great personal after sales experience and always helpfull advices on any plumbing related issues. Just bought everything I needed to refurbish by downstairs wc here. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. If more shops offered service as good as this people would be less inclined to buy online.

Bought most of our new bathroom from here. Really knowledgeable staff & good range of products. The showroom's like Aladdin's Cave & far bigger than would appear from outside. Well worth checking out before you buy online or from a clueless chain.
