This is such a great company with amazing products, exceptional service, honest advice and all driven by amazing people. I saw their products a few years ago in an article about a celebrity's house.and thought to my self one-day! A few years later we did a regeneration product where we want to celebrate the art in British Craftsmanship. There were just one bathroom supplier C&R!

I ended up going to Kent to see these products at the factory. The experience was amazing. It contained all of the following: The most idyllic countryside setting, a Mayfair Showroom, staff that that will be equally comfortable in a private bank, a factory that represents something similar to F1 showroom, Tony used his years of experience to advise me honestly on the layout and our project. Molly & Tony patiently dealt with us to tailor our order to make it perfect for us which was big job.

However our order was not massive but complicated as we used their products in conjunction with antiques. However, the service never stopped as Jack and his team executed the order. The fact that you can personalise the products also add a special touch! The aged brass and coper is maturing beautiful in the period property which makes it look perfectly at home in a period property.

We used it in a guest house (hoststives.co.uk). and needless to say our guests absolutely love these products and continue to mention them in their reviews on booking.com. These are amazing products, sold by great people.

The quality of their products is matched by the quality of their service, both superb. Not only are their products beautiful and will make any bathroom look great but they truly care about the service they give - even several years down the line. Highly recommend.

Never have I known a toilet cistern to earn so many compliments from visiting friends! We have two, one in silver nickel and the other painted in a Farrow & Ball colour of my choice. Exquisite bathrooms of the highest quality and even better, manufactured here in the UK. I could wax lyrical about our ensuite, but more than anything I want to praise the customer service we have had. This company is magic. Let me start with the founder, Tony. The man is so passionate about what he dose. He just loves it. Obsessed. He even collects vintage baths. With this energy the every single product is top of its class. Every detail. Moreover is the highest leave of personal service. Tony gave me and my small order the time and attention one would expect for a hotel size order.
