OK. They didn't have what I wanted, but, unlike other plumbing eqpt suppliers, the extremely helpful salesman noted that there's more than one way to skin a cat. (Apologies to vegetarians ) He suggested another way of doing the job, using a part that I didn't know existed. Result.

Very helpful staff with no pressure to buy without time to consider

The gentleman who runs this outfit knows almost everything about bathrooms and heating and do on. And he's most helpful.

It a long time since I have come across a company with such good customer service. Went above and beyond to help me, with very short notice when another company had let me down. Every person I spoke to on the phone were so so helpful, including the delivery guy. Wish I had used them from the start, highly recommend.

Absolutely appalling service. We received a quote from them on several items for our bathroom. When wanting to pay for the quote, they gave us a higher price all of a sudden. We went through all the items again and they had to re-write the quote 3 times because of items they had wrongly inserted on the quotes (wrong codes, prices, discounts, the lot).

Eventually we paid the full amount and when it came to delivering the items, half of the items did not match the quote. We had to go back into store to get it corrected and have the items returned and reordered, another one of their many mistakes. One of the items we ordered by mistake so we wanted to return it still boxed, not opened. On top of all the errors they made, they charged us 20% of the price of the items to restock it.

How can you justify a charge of 20% of an item to put it back on the shelf is beyond me. Please, do not order from this company. They are not professional in any way and if you are not right on the ball with all the items you want with their professional codes behind it, they make a right mess out of the whole order. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them in the future.

Bought every bathroom item from Atlas, shower, tray, toilet, tiles, the lot. Their price comparable to internet prices. The best thing is the knowledgable friendly staff who are happy to provide numerous cad drawings and estimates and thought about things I'd not even considered. Top notch team, thank you. Made buying the bathroom hassle free. Ooh and no hassle collection, return and replacement sink as it had a small mark on it.

Bad experience from atlas bathroom and heating we bought a speedfit barrier 25m we open the bag just to check it out turn out we couldn't use it so we returned it they wouldn't take it back even though it was not used what so ever. We are tradesmen that use this store but won't anymore. Avoid better off at plumbfix.

Poor after sales service, emailed twice for some advice regarding a product they sold me, no response ever received.

Thanks to the guys at Atlas Parts desk, I had a problem with a kitchen mixer tap which the guys at the service desk fixed for me, no trouble at all. I'll be back to Atlas next time I need anything bathroom related. A big thank you!
