We were recommended to visit the showroom to give us some idea on the refurbishment of our bathroom. Despite lockdown restrictions, a friendly and warm support was giving by both Louise & Jane, who made us feel secure and reassured at all times. Louise has become more of a friend than just another salesperson. There was no hard sell and Louise helped step by step in our choice and budget.

Fantastic service and great people to deal with. Bought our new Bathroom units from them two years ago and had a little issue with the toilet flush the other week. Whilst they didn't have the part required on the shelf, Louise arranged an overnight delivery and I had the replacement part the next day. Would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in the future!

Went in to wearside plumbing unsure of what we really wanted. Met Louise who was great from start to finish. Louise talked about all options and even explained what would not work well so she gave advice on what looked good for us and not just trying to sell something. We had our bathroom fitted from someone we knew and identified we had the wrong sink, got in touch with Louise and this was sorted with no problem at all and arranged this to be delivered at a time best for us and this was no problem.
I now have a beautiful bathroom and this is thanks to Louise for helping us and darren our plumber and can't thank Louise and wearside plumbing enough. If you want expert advice go to wearside plumbing.

2 years ago I bought en-suite and main bathroom shower cubicles and showers from WPS price and quality were both good, the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. In the last 3/4 months my main bathroom shower started dripping (never gets used) the staff in WPS ordered me 2 new cartridges at no cost and when shower still dropped ordered me a new bar at no cost, can't fault customer service. Thanks

Avoid like the plague. Had a new bathroom suite installed 6 months ago. Bath /shower mixer tap faulty. Had to buy another one and the cost of a Plummer to come and change it and install it yet again. WPS were difficult from the get go. We've waited over two weeks for a refund. Went back to the showroom yesterday and she refunded me the money. I asked how long it would take for the money to go back into my bank account.
She replied straight away.i said ok. I checked on line banking this morning, no money has been refunded. Went back to the showroom this afternoon to be told it would take about 7 days for the refund. So we can have a wait up to 3 weeks for a refund. Why should we wait till something that is clearly faulty to come back from the manufacturers to get a refund. This place is not worth the hassle

Recently had my bathroom designed and supplied by Louise at wearside plumbing. I really can't recommend her and the team enough. We took the measurements of the bathroom and Louise did the rest. She advised and had in-depth knowledge of the bathroom suites. We had no clue what we wanted we walked in. Louise was patient and informative as a result we have a fabulous bathroom that is a pleasure to use. I recommend her to anyone thinking of changing their bathroom. Thank you Louise and team.
