Generally very good quality products are supplied and the standard of fitting is also usually good. However, enquiries about after sales service seem to be ignored.

We would highly recommend Domani to anyone. We had our bathroom completely refurbished by Domani 5 years ago. John completely rearranged the layout of the room which was far better than we previously had. The workmanship was outstanding. We have now just had our kitchen replaced by Domani, another excellent job. Once again John the designer re-arranged the layout which gives the impression of a bigger room.

The workmanship again outstanding. The team of workmen Mick the joiner, Gareth the tiler and John the project manager worked tirelessly to complete the job within the scheduled time. A great group of workers. The quality of the units and appliances are of the highest quality superior to our previously installed kitchen. Thank you once again for 2 excellent jobs, we couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

I would thoroughly recommend Domani. They fitted a new bathroom for us about 10 years ago and we were delighted with it so we had no hesitation going back to them when we decided on a new kitchen. The whole process went really smoothly, John did some designs after measuring up, then produced images showing what it would look like. We made a few changes then decided to go ahead.

Six weeks later they started the work exactly as promised. They are completely trustworthy so we moved out and let them get on with it. The work was completed on schedule, John-project managed all the tradesmen who all did good jobs and cleared up after themselves. They were all very professional and nothing was too much bother for them. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen.

We recently had our bathroom refurbished by Domani and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. From first entering the showroom to completion of the work everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Would recommend this company without any hesitation

No stars - Don't waste your time with these guys. Arrogant sales staff - told them what we wanted, they completely ignored that and told us what we would get. When we highlighted that what they were not proposing to give us our number 1 requirement (a wet room) they refused to change their design and asked us to leave. Unbelievable

I'm absolutely stunned to see two dreadful reviews for Domani bathrooms. The company designed and fitted our bathroom two years ago. We went to Domani and discussed our requirements but the design was beyond our expectations and fulfilled all aspects. We received top quality design, service and installation. If you want a design service you need to be open minded.

If you know exactly what you want and aren't prepared to consider any alternatives, why bother asking for advice. The entire process was seamless and I'd not hesitate to recommend Domani.

We have no hesitation in recommending Domani to anyone. 18 months ago we decided that our en-suite bathroom needed refurbishment. John M visited and came up with a proposed layout that was completely different to what we had been expecting; or anyone else had suggested. It was novel but we could see that it worked and we went for it. One of the best decisions we ever made.

Before work started we were given a timetable that they would endeavour to work to and told who would be the on-site project leader. Richie turned up on time and would not even accept a cup of tea until the floor coverings between the best access door and the work area had been properly protected. The professionalism just continued from there. All the trades; plumbing, plastering, tiling and electrician provided outstanding workmanship and would explain any part of the work they were doing and always asked what we wanted where appropriate.

After such a good experience we were only ever going to look to Domani when we had our kitchen replaced. We were not disappointed and experienced the same professionalism from concept to completion as we did with the bathroom. We also got the additional experience of their carpenter Mick, who along with John B, led the project keeping us informed all the way.

We are over the moon with the result and to quote one of neighbours "both rooms look like something out of a magazine". They are not the cheapest but they do provide quality products and excellent service making them great value for money. Don't hesitate - talk to them.

Can not recommend highly enough! We started our search for a bathroom in large chain stores. Looked online and found the same stuff cheaper there. Found a fitter who would fit it then we popped in to Domani for a look thinking we could never afford it but we could get some ideas. The team we met were AMAZING! John helped us to realise exactly what we really wanted and maximised our very small bathroom to its full potential!

He worked out exactly what we could afford and made recommendations accordingly. What we received was top Quality at a very realistic price. Plus instead of having to replace the bathroom again in a few years time this one will obviously last a hell of a lot longer (especially longer than the rubbish we ripped out) Dan fitted our bathroom. I left him a key with no worries at all.

Very professional and cleaned up every afternoon before he left! How he managed to tile our walls so precisely when not one wall is smooth or straight I'll never know! We absolutely love our bathroom. We recently stayed in a gorgeous luxury hotel in the lakes and usually love having a glam bathroom when staying places like this but now we have our very own touch of luxury so darn you Domani for giving us such fabulousness in our own home! Not even worth one star, got a quote from here, designer no idea, didnt take any notice of what wanted, very basic bathroom design and wanted to charge us 9 grand for a small bathroom if i had chosen what i wanted it would have went up to 12 grand, ridiculous and RIP OFF tiles and bathrooms should be its real name

Good range of high quality bathroom suites on display and staff knowledgeable and keen to help decide most suitable products. Would be 5* if all brochures I requested were in stock. Definitely worth a look here for inspiration.

Had a bathroom/wetroom fitted 2013 I am delighted with the finished result 5 years later a replacement part was needed for the shower the customer service I received was first class, The part was ordered and fitted by there friendly team job done I can highly recommend Domani bathrooms.
