Had an en-suite fitted and it's been a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful when choosing the suite. The quality of the fixtures is excellent and the team fitting the bathroom were really courteous and made sure everything was tidy when they left each day. Can't fault any aspects.

I have just had a new bathroom installed from Marshall's and the service was top class from design to installation. I was given great advice to help me decide how the new bathroom would look and the finished article is exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is excellent and everything from the old bathroom was cleared away with the work area being left tidy every day. I absolutely love my new bathroom and can highly recommend Marshall's.

Just had our bathroom installed from Marshall's and can honestly say we could not be happier with the service from start to finish. Such a professional and high standard of workmanship left us feeling confident that we had made the right choice in choosing Marshall's. A true family business who believe in giving their best efforts to the bathrooms they install. Wayne, Lee, James and Jonathan have displayed the upmost professionalism when fitting our bathroom and cloakroom. Wayne was our initial contact. He helped us with design of both rooms with a clear computer generation of what to expect. This, apart from colours of our choice was exactly what we got.

Yet another first class job carried out by the team from Marshalls Bathrooms in Chester-le street. This is the third project that the team has tackled in our property in recent years which has covered design through to full and final completion and in each case the task has been handled in a thorough and professional manner by a team that is both courteous and respectful at all times.

We have no hesitation in recommending Marshalls to future customers given the quality of the workmanship carried out in our home and are confident that we will be enjoying their finished product for many years to come.

The whole experience, from the advice I was given whilst struggling to pick from the extensive range of beautiful products, through to the final finished room was just amazing and so stress free. They don't just do bathrooms! My kitchen (inherited from previous house owner) was tired and rather shoddily installed. I couldn't afford a whole new kitchen so Marshall's suggested a more affordable makeover. They removed the old tiles from around the countertops and windowsill, replaced with some gorgeous new tiles and chrome sockets and installed lighting under the wall cupboards.

They even helped me find some funky new handles to update the boring cream units (not fitted these yet) and fixed a wonky cupboard door and nasty cracked tap hole cover on the sink. The workmanship is incredible, a vast improvement on what was there before. Ive never seen silicone applied so perfectly! It took the three guys just over a day and a half, they turned up promptly both days, put down protective sheets, cleaned up as they were working and left the place cleaner than when they arrived.

No time-wasting, just cracked on with the job. The kitchen now looks 100% better. I'm saving up to have the bathroom done and I'll definitely be getting Marshall's in to do it!

We had our original bathroom fitted 17 years ago with Marshall's, which says everything about quality. The new bathroom is so stylish and we cannot believe such a small space could look that amazing.
