Very poor quality control sent a circle tap 4 times before I received an acceptable one and they took nearly a month to reply to my complaint see below Very disappointedwith your late reply I did receive an acceptable version of the circle tap finally, I had actually lost any confidenceCrosswater were able to supplya good basin tap at all Your quality control is not to the required standard for a 350 tap, What concerns me now is we alsopurchased a Svelte Vanity unit costing around 1000.00 and I just hope the factory producing this has better qualitycontrols in place I will be in touch should this unit fall below the quality standards I would expect you to have quality control checking procedures in place prior to sending poor qualitygoods to customers

Do not purchase from this company - appalling response to cracked shower tray. Only 20 months old. Lifetime guarantee should literally be flushed down the toilet next to their low quality showers. Wanted to charge me to inspect shower - basically they make it as tricky as possible to get a refund / replacement till you give up - hopefully this review will mean people don't do business with them. Avoid!

Spoke to JC at customer service. Professional friendly. Product still under warranty so we tried to get to the problem. Helpful advice and sent out spare parts. Meanwhile plumber attended for something unrelated but solved this particular problem as well (we hope). Good service. I can see negative reviews here, but I can only relate my recent experience of calling them.

This is the second tap I had fitted from this company and both failed. The tap has a design flaw as it leaks from the base where tap meets the sink. Water gets over the ring at the base causing it to leak. Whenever I speak to crosswater they just want the tap back to test leaving me without a tap. The taps I had bought were the crosswater wisp.

Crosswater are hopeless. Simply Wanted to buy a replacement shower head for my existing Crosswater Komo shower. They wouldn't even attempt to give me a product name without me finding a 10 year proof of purchase! I wanted to spend money on their product but gave up after 3 emails. Will buy elsewhere.

Very Very Poor Customer Service. Had a very expensive floor mounted bath tap that started to leak water from the brass body. Obviously a fault in the casting. Despite sending videos of fault to crosswater they were no help and simply asked for the tap back to test. Tap sent 2 weeks ago and trying to get a response from the technical team on the result is hopeless.

Cross water are an expensive brand and i assumed they were worth the money in terms of product quality and customer service. Sadly very poor on both. Save your money and go elsewhere

Awful after sales service, I have now been without my shower (which was only fitted at end of 2018) for 3 weeks, and trying to get a response from the 'right person' in the technical team is a challenge. Apparently they are inundated (well that reassures me that they provide quality products, if their tech support is too busy to come back to me) I will take full responsibility for the fact that I clearly missed registering the shower during our building works, although frustrating, as I do not see how me registering it it will make any difference to the fact it failed.

So I sought professional advice, who advised as a premium product then I should at least have cover under my consumer rights for 6 years. After being ignored for several days then advised that basically my consumer rights don't apply, and being quoted a fee for a new part and installation, I reluctantly agreed to pay, and now I feel like I am being ignored.

Several e-mails and calls later, and I am still without a shower, have no date for a new part or an install. I am tearing my hair out! I can't even get a response on their complaints procedure or who I can escalate this to. I hate leaving reviews like this, however I have tried, and have about 20+ e-mails to show for it. I will NEVER buy their products again.

I agree with all the comments re the terrible technical after-sales service. I would never purchase a digital shower or bath equipment again and certainly not from Crosswater. Our digital shower stopped working last year and it took 2 weeks to get it repaired. In that time no shower. It has stopped again and it's been 6 days with no progress. Nice quality stuff from Crosswater but definitely don't buy Digital.

If it stops working (which it has now several times over a 4 year period) you're well and truly stuffed. The main problem is you can't get an everyday reliable plumber to fix it and Crosswater obviously offer only a third rate repair and customer care service.

Great quality product and great after sales service. Replacement product arrived in days when I had an issue. Matt very helpful. Would def buy again knowing the support is there when you need it.

Had a minor issue with a 2 year old chrome framed shower enclosure. After contacting Customer services and sending a few pictures, we were amazed to hear straight back and was told that the whole unit would be replaced and installed at our convenience even though the original installation had not been carried out by Crosswater/Simpsons. The work has now been carried out and was to an exceptionally high standard and to our total satisfaction. Thanks very much.
