We were highly recommended to come here and we weren't disappointed. We were introduced to Ozzie, he was simply superb. Knowledgeable, creative and full of sensible advice. Ozzie is designing a suite for our tiny little wet room to fit a bath that the wife is demanding. We would definitely recommend Waterloo to our friends and family, they are everything customer service should be!
