Awful company - DO NOT USE! ordered 1k worth of items, all of which were either damaged or didn't arrive. Customer service is almost non-existent, when someone eventually returned my email (there is no phone number) they said they wouldn't take the items back. now having to get my credit card company involved. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.

Absolutely terrible customer service, 8 off Concealed Cistern advertised as Available & Delivery lead time of 2-7 days (on the day I chased btw), I chased on day 8 as I'd had no correspondence from them to be told they don't have them in stock & it is now a discontinued item. I now have to go elsewhere & attempt to find some at very, very short notice wasting more of my time & I now refuse to ever use this company again & will be sure to share my story with colleagues I come across in the future.

We paid 620 for a Wc the cistern was 10mm out of line with the bowl! They pretty much told us tough take us to court. We spent 1646.40 on a quality shower screen, we checked it when delivered for any breakages, we didn't take the time to check every part was the boxes within 7 days, almost an impossible task on a full rebuild and very little bathroom fitter time!

Anyway it turns out that one of the glass panels and fixing brackets was missing! All they said was you should have checked within 7 days! Know they want us to buy another panel from them! Even the fact we have to deal with two very large faults on their behalf! They take no responsibility! I wish I paid the extra at a shop where people are accountable and helpful!

Be careful with this lot! I doubt if I would have noticed in 7 days, if anything would have been different based on their customer NON- service with the expensive Wc! A few days later I proved they didn't deliver the shower screen, then they found it in their store and delivered it! I am grateful for that!

Initial order placed with products that were advertised as "in stock". Once payment had gone through, informed that the goods would be 4 weeks + but couldn't guarantee a date Have contacted the company since November and still ongoing as cannot speak to anybody, no active phone numbers, and no continuity of customer service reps. Each person tells a different story and then passes on to somebody else. Very, very poor service for an order that was in the thousands. Would never recommend this company.

Shocking customer service. Spent almost a thousand pounds on a bath that was delivered with a fault. Customer service are now ignoring us and we're forced to take the legal route. Unfortunately likely a scam company, focussed on quick sales with no support. Best avoid and go to a different company. UPDATE - finally got the bath fixed after 4 months. Had to go direct to the manufacturer in the end.

A running theme with this company, disgraceful and shocking customer service. I ordered a vanity unit 4 weeks ago, delivery time was 2-7 days. It took them 3 weeks to send the unit because they was waiting on items I hadn't even ordered! The unit was delivered with no basin, they sent it a week later and was damaged. They sent a replacement and yep you guessed it, also damaged even though I was given assurance it would be inspected before dispatch.

I have requested a refund and now they not responding to my emails. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare and caused me no amounts of stress and anger. I will have to contact the bank to get my money back. Avoid this company like the plague!

8k spent! Our initial impressions were good. Price was competitive, sales were responsive and service was excellent when we found a broken part in one of the taps that was replaced immedeately. Fast forward a few months when we completed building and tiling and started installation, then we discovered issues with the order that they were not interested in resolving. Missing parts of the shower, broken glass on bathroom cabinet, and a wonky Villeroy & Boch sink that's impossible to install level. UK Bathrooms gave us the usual response that because we didn't report these things within 7 days were not covered.

Please do not use this company there's no way of getting a through to them buy phone and they do not reply to your emails, my order is wrong and short of items and have been struggling to sort it, there's no one to talk to they are a disgrace, looks like im going to have to buy some of the products which they sent wrong from another supplier Wish i had read tge reviews before purchasing it seems it happens to a lot if people

If I could, I would give rate this company negative infinity. Do not order from this company. Absolute nightmare to deal with. They do not have a telephone number or any contact number whatsoever. Their online chat is pathetic and frustrating and gets you nowhere. Customer Service is a joke. Had a problem with my first (and last) order. It has taken me 1.5 months, they finally picked the tap up for a refund, a month down the line no refund, after several attempts of getting in touch with them, they turn back and say DPD has not delivered the item. Still waiting for a credit of GBP112 pounds a1.5 months down the line. Really pathetic company.

Customer service is very poor- My wife ordered an Abacus Elements kit on Friday 31st December and the website suggested a delivery between 2-5 working days. Having received not further communication I chased on day 5 (allowing extra days for the bank holiday) through their website (as they do not have a telephone number). we got a response a day later saying that they would follow the order status up and as yet, we have heard nothing. Having used multiple online bathroom suppliers whilst refitting our bathroom, this company does not seem to care that information that is shown on their website is not accurate. My suggestion to others is avoid using UK Bathrooms.

Be very careful of a company that doesn't have a phone number on it's website. Just go read the TrustPilot reviews, over 15% are bad. It took them over a week to bother to tell me that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock and then they only finally issued me with a refund after I said I was going to report them to the credit card company.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing exactly the same bad service. I have made 3 orders. None of which have been fully delivered. We have spent over 2000 and have no confirmation email of 2 of the orders. A couple of emails telling me about delays. Every other company has delivered what we have ordered within 7 days! I am reporting them to my credit card!

Poor customer service and whatever you do if you buy the bath below do not buy the bath panels they sell with it as they are cheap and flimsy and not fit for purpose, and nobody will be interested when you raise it with them as an issue. Currently undergoing a bathroom refurbishment and have had to order items from a variety of suppliers. UK Bathrooms was the only supplier not to deliver. After nearly four weeks still no delivery after listed as 2-5 days on the website. Worse than that, I feel like I have been lied to on the status of my order. Numerous promises that 'it will be despatched today' to absolutely no avail. Starting to think that this is a scam and will have paypal recover my money.

I have emailed customer services with very limited success and the chat function on the website is next to useless, no phone number listed. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting your time chasing products which likely don't exist.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Takes weeks to answer queries (they already have your money!) and when eventually got through on phone they just cut me off as didn't want to tell me when the items I had ordered would eventually be delivered. They say they have "award winning customer service" well I can only assume that they won the award for WORST customer service. Avoid using these guys at all costs.

Stay away from this SCAM company, they do not answer their phones, promise a delivery day and yet don't provide a tracking even though they state the delivery company will text and call. Waited for a delivery for Monday and surprise surprise it didn't turn up. Highly recommend. We now use UKBathrooms to supply bathroom goods on all of our builds. Greg and the team do all they can to be as helpful as possible, providing the best service to us and our clients

Don't use them. Been waiting 2 months for a toilet their website said was available and would be delivered in 5-7 days. Cancelled that order and ordered one I was assured was in stock. still waiting two weeks later.

Awful experience getting my bathroom kit from UK Bathrooms, I would go elsewhere. Sarah is the only somewhat reasonable member of staff, whilst the rest of the team will promise the world and not deliver. Try Victorian Plumbing or Big Bathroom shop. Even just go to Wickes.

Stay well clear of this company. They are happy to take money for orders that they then cant fulfil. We placed an order for a wall mounted bath tap and was told it was estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 working days, after a week we chased this up to be told it would be at least another 2 to 3 weeks even though the product is advertised at the same 3 to 5 working days delivery. We have since spoken to a manufacturer who has confirmed that there is a current lead time on this product of at least 10 weeks. Do not order from this company!
