We ordered a Tavistock bathroom unit in April. It said delivery dat expected 1-2 weeks. We heard nothing then rang up in May to be told they would said one out. It's now June and we are yet to receive it. When I try to ring to ask about it no one answers the phone. No one replies to your emails. Beware.

I would use this company with caution and only do so if you are willing to wait indefinitely for your goods, have to continuously chase for updates and be let down with false delivery promises on many occasions. I ended up having to delay my bathroom fitter several times as a result of the goods not being delivered when I was told they would be. It cost me time and money. In the end, I cancelled my order and purchased the same items from elsewhere. I am now chasing for a 600 refund after having been told it was processed three weeks ago.

We were so overwhelmed by their customer service. Everyone was so friendly, polite & professional. They even put extra packaging around our carron status shower bath, to ensure safe delivery. We will definitely be recommending them to family & friends. We will certainly be using them, in the future, as well. Nothing is too much bother for them. We gave them a gift to show our appreciation, which is something we have never ever done before for a company except we felt compelled to do this, as it is rare to find a family run business with such outstanding quality products, excellent customer service & care.

I placed an order on the 5th of April and I was told that all the items were in stock and that I could expect the items delivered in 10 days. It is now the 28th April and my order still hasn't reached me. I have had to postpone my works as a result. Like any other company this company is very quick at taking payment but everything else is slow. I am the one that has been chasing up my order via e-mail and phone calls.
I don't really get updates promptly and have to keep chasing this company up. Yesterday I rang up asking for an update and I said that if there is no update I would like a manager or someone senior to contact me at midday today. Did I get a phone call from anyone? No I didn't so I rang up at about 4.30pm and spoke to someone. Apparently all my items have now arrived into the warehouse and are waiting for a courier to pick up the goods and deliver it to me.
The last person I spoke to was the only person that apologised to me. A sorry goes a long way and the young lady I have been dealing with throughout this whole fiasco would do well to take that on board. I wouldn't recommend shopping here as I am beyond disappointed. I don't know why it is so difficult to make a simple phone call to apologize and update a customer. No one is that busy. It just goes to show what the priorities of this company are.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Special thanks to Catherine in the customer service team, who was on hand for my many bath questions (even calling me back to confirm things in the evening), and ensured a smooth process throughout. Also a real plus that BOD use their own delivery drivers, who communicated times really clearly and were extremely helpful upon drop off.

Vrey bad service placed an order and waited over 3 weeks with no phone call I then call up to only find that the item is not in stock and would have to wait I also order some flooring which they said they had but they have not sent it I then waited 1 more week only to be told again that the ite. Is still out of stock and they still had not send the flooring there said they had I then Cancelled the order then was told it would take 10 DAYS to go back in to my account we are now on the 14 DAY and every time you call to ask anything the people say there will call you back and never do I just need my money back so I can continue to do my house which I can not do anything until I get this money back Can anyone help

Outstanding service from pre-sale enquiries through to delivery. BOD offered to store my bath until needed. Unlike most companies, this was not a kerbside delivery, Liam the driver helped me inside before unpacking and checking for any damage. All this for a price cheaper than the competition. Well done BOD.

I took delivery today and am really happy with the whole process. From ordering to delivery everything was smooth. Originally, delivery was scheduled for a few days ago but I was unable to take it that day as I was not in. It was no problem though and it was simply rescheduled. Brilliant customer service. On the actual delivery day you are given access to real-time tracking and updated by text confirming what was happening.
It was all very good and I really do find that sort of thing useful. The driver was really friendly and helpful too. I've not seen a service where they unpack the goods for you to check on delivery before they leave but I really liked it. I'll definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A++

I am very unhappy with my experience with this company. I was looking for a black quartz countertop and I found their listing of "Nuance Black Quartz Gloss 3000mm Worktop". I opened the product page and in big bold letters it said again "Nuance Black Quartz Gloss 3000mm Worktop" and then further down the page again with big bold letters the same description.
I ordered it and after a week they brought to my door a long piece of chipwood with some melamine stuck on the top. This was not gloss and it was certainly not quartz. I knew of these items because they are sold as "granite effect laminate worktop" or "quartz effect laminate worktop". I checked the product page again trying to spot the word laminate somewhere in the details.
It was mentioned only once toward the bottom in much smaller font. I called them up to say I was not happy with this misleading practice and they were extremely defensive and patronising with excuses like some other sellers are doing it too why don't you complain to them or we cant believe you actually thought this was going to really be quartz. The director of the company also called me under the pretext that he was looking to find some common ground just to patronise me some more "oh did you also think that our lava countertop was made out of lava?" (no but if these existed and were sold in the market then I would expect it yes!) and offer me a compromise which was in fact my statutory rights!
Customer service unpleasantness aside, I do have some questions in my mind about the legality of listing an item as something it isn't and I plan to follow this up with the retailers' regulator. I am hoping that shoppers will read this review and make sure they choose honest, transparent and fair sellers and that companies read it and realise that consumers will not accept being misled.

Quick, professional and helpful. Ordered a bath online which was competitively priced compared to other sites, despite being the same bath. The supplier (not BOD) incorrectly informed me they could do next day delivery. I promptly received a call from BOD apologising, despite it not being their fault, and they sourced it from another supplier so that I could still get it next day. Super helpful and v impressed.
