We had our wetroom installed April 2019. The under basin cubpoard has reallly bad water damage due to the edges not being round off. I have been trying to get Bathing Solutions to sort this problem out with no success. This type of product has been discontinued which means buying a new basin and cuppoard! Over all Bathing Solutions have been very unhelpful.

After weeks of phoning and reporting a problem with my walk in shower fitted last year. Still no phone call back for anyone to come out! Customer service is good, not there fault. Paid alot of money for new bathroom to be done. No one seems to care or contacts me. Cut finger due to problem from bad trimming side of shower. Bathroom only done a year ago. When will I get this resolved or will I have to take it further. Please help someone

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY TWO ELDERLY CLIENTS HAD A BATHROOM FITTED LAST OCTOBER, WHICH THEY PAID AN AWFUL ALOT OF MONEY.THE WATER IS COMING OUT THROUGH THE DOOR EVERYTIME THEY SHOWER, IT IS ALSO NOW LEAKING UNDER FLOOR BOURDS AND THE CARPET IS SOAKING IN THE HALL WAY.WE RANG THIS COMPANY SO MANY TIMES, WILL RING BACK AND NEVER DO.SAYING ITS BECAUSE HAIR IS BLOCKING THE PLUG, WHAT A POOR EXCUSE, AND IF THEY COME OUT THEY WILL CHARGE AGAIN.THIS COMPANY IS NOT I REPEAT NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS

Absolutely awful. any positive reviews are incredibly wrong. they take advantage of elderly people charging them rediculous amounts of money for minimal work. didnt even stick the floor tiles down and left gaps where water can run through into the floor/ceiling. the things for the shower that are supposed to be suitable for someone who needs the adapted bathroom are not sturdy and appropriate at all. one arm leaning and thats it its broke. absolutely shocking.

If I could I would put a minus 10 rating. Don't touch them! 9 months until completed during which time they fitted and replaced everything 3 times. It was difficult to get hold of anyone and if you hold on they cut you off after 3 minutes. Later found we could have had the job done by local firm at a very much liwe price. Worst people we've deskt with.

Wish I could give a zero. They totally took advantage of my father with dementia. Fitted the wrong shower and are trying to fleece him for 6k for some cheap plastic panelling and a shower that I could have fitted for about 100. Very shoddy work, poorly (partially) fitted. Calls to demand more money from him but never leave a number. They also avoided telling him in his gullible state that he didn't actually have to pay to have a shower fitted, as the council would have done it for free!

This company is a absolute disgrace, the way they treat there Customers is shocking. I had to Help my 80 year old mother by trying to resolve a poorly fitted bathroom by this company, as they where totally egnor her phone calls. I have no words on how bad this company is, after trying to resolve the issue unfortunately my mother has paid this company for the job and now they couldn't give a toss. They are basically not interested in solving this issue which is still ongoing after six months. **I strongly recommend you stay clear of this company.**

If I could give a zero star rating, that's what these bandits would get. Don't be taken in, fooled or robbed by these charlatans. Very poor service from start to finish. My elderly parents went through hell worrying about the shoddy contractors they sent out to fit a walk in shower. Inferior parts, workmanship and customer service. An absolute disgrace. Praying on elderly customers with the promise of superior workmanship, products and perfect bathing solutions to suit their needs.
It really couldn't be any further from the truth. Demonstrating and selling products that they don't sell and providing cheap alternatives. Absolutely disgusting company with no morals. Parents shower still not fit for purpose two years on. Even their own contractor suggested he could have fitted a completely new, high end bathroom for less than what my parents were charged.
Avoid like the plague. Any local, qualified bathroom fitter would provide a better service and product. DONT BE FOOLED AND DO NOT PAY FOR A SO CALLED PREMIUM SERVICE. PURE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

I would give this company a minus score if I could. Do not use them. They have made a complete mess of my mother's bathroom. My Parents are very upset and stressed and no-one cares. You cannot get through to them, they make false promises, they do not turn up. I have taken legal advice and will putting in a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
