We had a bathroom converted into a wet room complete with new combi boiler complete retiled underfloor heating and new sink and toilet the work carried out was by first class tradesman the whole way through this was done in 2 weeks from the 20th of October 2014 we have some minor problems since then which were reported in December 2014 which we are still waiting to be resolved having paid in full before completion I am a little disappointed with aftersale response

We had our bathroom supplied and fitted by Westdown Bathrooms and have to say we're over the moon. We looked around at a few other showrooms in Hereford but none were as welcoming as Westdown. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Upon our first visit we arranged for one of their engineers to come out and do a survey. He was very thorough and attentive answering all our questions.
We received a detailed quote a couple of days later and some very nice 3D pictures showing what it would look like. We then made an appointment with the showroom to go through the quote, where we were greeted with coffee and cake. The lady was very helpful and patient as we are very particular. We made a couple of minor changes and set a date for their installation team to start, which soon came around.
The fitters arrived with lots of dust sheets and plastic coverings. Right the way through they were very polite and clean and made the whole experience very simple. Even now 6 months later the bathroom still looks and works as good as new. Thanks you very much all at Westdown, we will soon be coming back to have our kitchen done.
