MX manufactures shower trays in Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire.This 90,000 sq ft site also acts as the Head Quarters and transport centre for the company. The MX shower accessory division operates out of a 40,000 sq ft factory located at Ross on Wye in Herefordshire.

If they are not, then subject to the exclusions below, we will repair or replace or issue a credit note (at our option) any products or parts affected by a material defect provided that we are notified promptly of the defect and the purchaser complies with the provisions below. Except as stated above, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by you.
Showers aren't always water efficient. You would assume that a shower uses less water than a bath but that is not always correct. Whilst a quick shower is usually more water efficient than a bath, some high-volume power showers use more water in less than five minutes than a bath does. The amount of water you use depends on the type of shower and showerhead you have, and the length of time you spend in the shower.

Ordered shower tray as trade order, was told they be dispatched in 8 weeks, i waited in total 14 weeks, then get told the tray are not ready. and they said they don't know when they will be dispatched. and that a different department handle enquires. DO NOT ORDER AND BELIVE THEY WILL BE READY 4-8 WEEKS. ASK what there back log is 78,000 +

A 5 year guarantee, that means absolutely nothing! After just a few months, our mixer valve cartridge started leaking, and apparently MX "have no stock" to replace it despite continuing to sell the shower to unsuspecting customers. BERNARD ROBINSON of Upton-on-Severn you should be ashamed of your yourself. Successful businesses are built on great customer service, not weasel-words and broken promises.

Unable to provide warranty replacement shower cartridge and no attempt to resolve the situation. Shower valve only 3 months old with a 5 year warranty. Be wary of purchasing as the warranty appears to carries no value. MX group knew that the valve stuck open and we had no running water. Very poor customer service.
