David, Andrew, Joanne and Hayley in the studio were all professional and helpful. The design process was carried out smoothly and our requests adhered too. Rick and the installation team were fantastic, all questions answered, requests completed and the finish speaks for itself. We love our new bathroom and shower room, we can close the door and imagine being in a 5* hotel.

Absolutely amazing showroom best in Essex. Dealt with Hayley Finch who was brilliant. She knew her stuff had great technical knowledge and knew her products. Despite us not using the store to fit our bathrooms nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell. Cannot fault customer service. The delivery team, were efficient and brought everything indoors. Go see Hayley cannot recommend this showroom enough. We would definitely use them again in future.

Boy, these guys are good. In a word - exceptional. If you've come this far it's probably because you've searched for Villeroy & Boch [like we did]. We did not even have a referral, we were a 'walk in' to their Brentwood showroom. The whole set up from start to finish was flawless. The sales experience - we had a full survey undertaken, and our requirements 3D CAD modelled.

The installation process was planned and executed better than any other home upgrade - of the standard of a corporate IT project. Every day we received an email outlining who was coming tomorrow, and what they would be doing - and guess what? They turned up on time, and delivered. It might sound straightforward but our experience with other suppliers is anything but as reliable.

The fit and finish? First class. The fitters dropped the bathroom ceiling height so that only full tiles were used. The tiler hung laser guides around the room to ensure consistent alignment. Everything was first rate. Don't go thinking you can procure bits of VIlleroy & Boch off the internet and achieve the same outcome - you won't. Bathroom Studio Design (BSD) uses crews of aligned teams and it shows - these guys didn't miss a heartbeat. Extremely happy, will be using BSD for my next bathroom.

We really loved creating and completing our ensuite project with the guys down at Bathroom studio design. Not only is everyone friendly and knowledgeable, but the process from start to finish was impeccable. We loved being able to go into the showroom to discuss products and pick tiles, as well as creating a CAD of what the final product might look like with the help of Charlie. Jo was always on hand to check timings or deliveries and sanity check certain things for us and the rest of the team was always on hand to pick up anything else needed on the project. The quality of the products is outstanding and we really feel that our new ensuite is that little bit of hotel luxury we were looking for. I just wish we had more bathrooms!
