I can't praise Ultimate choice enough, what a great service, Frank the installer came and refitted our whole bathroom while we were away on holiday. We came back to a brand new bathroom and a clean and tidy house. Frank had done an excellent job and the price from Ultimate Choice was very reasonable all in all very happy with Lee and his team.

Just had my bathroom refurbished, everyone was professional and friendly, Lee who helped out with everything we needed, Kyle who fitted our bathroom was so lovely, and done a fantastic job, I definitely would recommend him, along with joe and frank. They listened to what we wanted, and dealt with everything, nothing was too much for them. They come back straight back when I had a concern with something and dealt with it, so this will give you peace of mind. I would recommend this company, and already have friends interested in using ultimate choice for the future.

We have just had our bathroom remodelled - our 40 year old corner Champaign bath suite has now been replaced with a fabulous walk-in shower, sink with fitted under-cupboard and comfort toilet for our family invalid in greys and soft whites. What a transformation! Thank you Lee for your expertise in suggesting the sink move and arranging the work. Thank you Graham for doing a first class job, arriving on time and cleaning up at the end of the day and for resolving the couple of issues without fuss.
Thank you Stuart the electrician who worked quickly and cleanly. Thank you also to Kyle, another fantastic fitter who came to help out on a couple of occasions. We were very pleased that all the work was carried out following COVID protocols. We must not forget the lovely shop staff who were able to advise on the fixtures and fittings we had chosen before the lockdown thankfully. Well done everyone for your hard work and professionalism. We would highly recommend Ultimate Choice. 10 out of 10!

Our bathrooms should have been done back in April but due to the coronavirus situation, this was put back until June. However it was well worth the wait. Both the upstairs shower room and downstairs cloakroom looks absolutely fantastic. Ultimate Choice have a great bunch of professional and highly skilled people to do their installations. Graham was absolutely fantastic and worked really really hard as did Lee the tiller and the plasterer.
All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone. They may not be the cheapest but they provided excellent work for the cost. I always say "never go cheap because you only get what you pay for and end up paying out more to rectify mistakes". I really can't thank them enough. Both rooms look spectacular. So if you are thinking of having your bathroom done, give Ultimate Choice a ring.

This firm completed my mother's bathroom refit and we are very happy with the experience. Everything went perfectly smoothly from the planning stage to completion with the work being carried out on budget and on time. The standard of finish was excellent. I had a bathroom supplied and fitted by ultimate choice and could not be happier with the result. Lee at the shop was very helpful and had some good ideas. Stuart the fitter was very polite, a hard worker and left everything very clean and tidy at the end of every day. I would definitely recommend using Ultimate Choice Bathrooms.

I went into Ultimate Choice as my 50 year old downstairs cloakroom desperately needed an update and I wanted a company who could do the complete job. Ultimate Choice started my cloakroom in June 2019 and it took them 4 days to complete the job. So we'll organised day one old tiles and sanitiary ware removed and all pipes boxed in, day two completely replastered and ceiling skimmed over, day three tiler completely tiled bathroom, day four new sanitiary ware new chrome radiator fitted and flooring laid. Graham the fitter was absolutely great and the quality of workmanship was A1. I was so impressed I immediately booked Ultimate Choice to refit my bathroom

BEWARE: PLEASE READ: Ignore the web site, a small bathroom "we can easily do that in 5 days" took 11 days & was not Managed as Web Site states. They turn up anytime between 8am & 3.30pm, We had 2 water leaks, one really bad + a radiator leak, done by their 'best' plumber - 30 years with the company. Even asked for final payment BEFORE work was finished.
What went wrong: 1: Drilled through pipe in Bathroom even though it was marked as pipe there, kitchen, including appliances flooded, told plumber, he did not even look to see the damage, but did turn water off. 2: Left with a dripping radiator overnight & at end of job. 3: No flushing toilet till day 5, which was then moved on day 11 which had asked not to be moved. 4: Wrong sink ordered. 5: No bathroom sink fitted till day 11. 6: Son fitted bathroom door on day 10 as we had people here on day 11 & wanted some privacy. 7: Was told on day 5 would be finished on day 6 not finished till day 11. 8: Did not turn up for 1st meeting at shop. 9: No itemised bill as promised. 10: Changed billing Friday before it was due to start on the Monday via email, no telephone call. 11. Workers asking us for work plan - which we did not have. 12: A garden over half full of rubbish left which I had to ask them to move. YOU DID KNOW EVERYTHING.
We were advised to go to a small claims court & after what you have said perhaps we should. The death was after our bathroom was completed, so not even relevant. You make yourselves sound such a caring company, yet I have an email from you telling us that you sacked the boy whose Mum died. & in telling us things like this you go against the GDPR. You did come here twice, once - 3rd day - to drop a worker off, which you moaned about the full 5 minutes you were here because it was your day off & the 2nd time, 11th day, because I emailed which you 'did not get' again so I phoned to complain & you said you would be here in half an hour and 1.5 hours later you did turn up.
I sent you photos along they way of the progress which you "did not receive". We went by your web site & what you said to us when you came to the house. Obviously both incorrect. I have attached photos of DAY 10 into a 5 DAY JOB decide for yourselves. Oh and the hole in the floor was where your people had the extension lead running, so that piece was not even tiled properly & the leaking radiator we ended up getting British Gas in to sort out as both your plumbers fitted it & left us with it leaking BOTH times. 48 days after start of work: The side panel has moved over an inch one side & the the other side is held on by mastic filler, there is no wooden frame behind the side panel to stop the movement, only the filler.
You can't sit on the side of the bath because it moves. Even the filling around the window has all cracked now too. Take a look people and decide for yourselves how bad this company were.

We recently had our en suite bathroom fitted by Ultimate Choice Bathrooms with the service from design to fitting helpful, efficient and has totally transformed our bathroom. Stuart the fitter was so hardworking and tidy, with a lovely finish achieved within 5 days and nothing too much trouble.
