Having to deal with croydex after a fault developed i found them so helpfull and they went the extra mile to sort me out would highly recommend CROYDEX the most comfortable toilet seat i have ever had

Croydex cushioned vinyl bathmat. Basically useless & a waste of money. You follow the use and care advice & the bath mat just floats to the top of the bath water! Customer service very unhelpful.

Had a problem with a shower set I purchased. Bit slow to reply to email but from the first reply they had sent a replacement free of charge within days.

Bought a flexifit soft close toilet seat a month ago - fitting was a nightmare (2 calls to customer services to figure it out) and now the poxy thing is sliding all over the place. No way of simply adjusting has to be taken apart and reinstalled ie repeat nightmare! No wonder it was cheap on EBay. Better off with poorer quality from Argos which at least does the job! Avoid unless you want to spend the rest of your life fitting and refitting a toilet seat!

The toilet seat I purchased was 'fit in three easy steps'. and 'fits most toilets'. Total lies. It did not fit and was horrendous to try and fit. I wrote an accurate and fair review on their site which they refused to publish and e-mailed me asking if I would like someone to telephone. I said I would so they didn't bother. They still had't called even after emailing me asking if I still required a call (four months later) and I said 'yes'.

They then e-mailed back, five months later suggesting Still no phone call which was their suggestion. I took the toilet seat back to the shop and asked for my money back. Shops understandably do not take returns of such items. Complete waste of 45. Company totally disinterested and I will never but their stuff again. I feel I have been defrauded.

I bought one of their toilet seats in Homebase but the hinges were missing so I emailed Croydex. I got a prompt reply from Jo Leighton who sourced the parts with their QC division and I received them within 2 weeks of first contact. Absolutely excellent customer service and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Their Customer service was superb! Eve from online chat gave great informed advice and was very helpful. I also got great help from telephone customer service. Their prices are also highly competitive against others including Homebase and Argos! I highly recommend talking to them about your needs!

I have Flexi-Fit Shelves that I've had in my bathroom showers for almost 4 years and they are going strong! One of the shelves needed replacement fixings (the inside of the brackets). Nice quick and inexpensive to get and replace. Love them!

Customer of ours brought 3x mirror lights with doors. Apprentice tightened the handle to tight and broke one of the glass doors. A replacement was sent with in 3 days free of charge. Great service
